I feel like Linda just has the BEST meals EVER!!!
my mom bought a ton of sweets for the holidays and there was cheesecake, cinnamon rolls, and cookies on the table so I felt kind scared at first because I wanted to eat those desserts but they were "unhealthy" ( I don't have an ED, but that stupid voice in my head comes every now and then) but then I was like "you know what? Life is too short to not eat treat yourself and be happy!" So I ate it all and I feel so proud of myself! Thank you so much Linda! Without you I would never have been able to do that!❤️

I've been struggling with disordered eating my whole life. Ever since I started watching your videos I felt motivated to eat a little bit more. I felt awful after few days of Christmas and felt really isolated because I focused on food and punishing myself so much. I’m not going to lie, I’ve been trying to be more intuitive and less crazy about food and Christmas was a good time to really observe and see how “good” I really was. I wasn’t at home for 5 days, so on top of not eating “healthy” (I was just eating more junk food then usual) and I had to remind myself multiple time that I was okay and that this wasn’t the end of the world. I’m happy to see that I wasn’t the only one having a lot to eat during this festive time. I tried to remember that I only have a limited amount of Christmas’s left with those I love, and that I shouldn’t abuse that time worrying over food. Thank you Linda, thank you. (Also I have to go finish watching this video! 😅).

Hey Linda!! I just wanted to say that yesterday I went for a run, around the area where I live, alone for the first time in my life!! It was amazing, I had a great time listening to my music. Even though it might seem as something normal, for me it's a huge step because I used to avoid going out to do exercise since I was embarrassed about myself, but yesterday I couldn't care less! I'm definitely going to do it again, I'm so proud and happy!!

The Sun family is back together!! Im so glad to see your Christmas 🥺 I had a similar chill Christmas period at home and it was nice to take things slower paced, eat whatever I wanted. But I saw myself eating happily this year, instead of overeating to feeling sick bc you're "allowed" to eat more at Christmas. I felt good this Christmas, and the food tastes better when you're enjoying it 😉 Happy Holidays everyone!

Linda..... listen you changed my life sooo much (in a very positive way) i have gotten close to getting a eating disorder and being hospitalized, but my parents didn’t want to hospitalize me for Christmas so... my mom gave me one more chance, and i took the opportunity. Of course I still have those thoughts but I remember what you told us and how much you inspire me, so you are truly my role model. But also... Linda this is a message for you’re previous video. Linda... never stress to post a video for us, take breaks, days of, months of even years off if you need it. And always remember you are enough, don’t be scared to share your’re feelings with us (or anybody) because I know it can be very stressful and overwhelming, and you may feel trapped, so share those fears, and always remember we strongly love you.

christmas this year was probs one of the best days of my life so far. i ate SO SO many sweets and cookies and felt nothing but joy about it, and my family and i had so much nice time together. :) it wasnt anything super special, but it’s the first christmas i can remember where i’ve felt truly happy, and i really feel like linda contributed to that. happy holidays to all of you and i hope we can all eat lots of good food and stay healthy in 2021💖💖💖

Hey, don’t be so hard on your self. In a few days, weeks, months, years you wont remember or focus on the amount of calories you ate, you’ll remember the fun times you enjoyed and the delicious food you ate. Give yourself a break, you’ve got this! Good luck getting back on track :)

You‘ve really helped me a lot Linda🥺After being overweight for literally my whole life, I‘ve lost a huge amount of weight (in a somehow messed up way that consisted of crazy diets and balanced eating at some point) and it just makes me conscious to eat because I‘m always afraid to gain weight again and that people won’t like me anymore if I do...Seeing what role food plays in your life and how you just enjoy eating really makes me try to have a healthier relationship with food! I legit didn’t know she was Canadian until a while ago and now everytime i watch her videos i’m just like, yeah all the best people are Canadian.
Linda is literally such an inspiration. I’ve struggled with eating disorders and wanting to just lose all that extra weight and since watching her videos, i actually eat, and i’m not ashamed to do it. And I’ll work out because I want to feel good and not to lose weight and put myself down. I genuinely don’t know where i would be without these videos and this motivation and inspiration she provides me, and I don’t say that lightly. Thank you
