@Family o'shea No, homeschooling is where the parent or guardian is the teacher. Remote learning is where the kids get taught by a teacher on a LCD screen....

This isn’t homeschooling. Homeschooling is where you pick out the curriculum and your are in charge of everything. This is all distance learning.
No. Homeschooling is every kind of home education: with distant lesson, with books, without books, with the national program and distant teachers from the national program or not, with private teachers or not, no schooling, etc etc....

@Cat One Well, sorry to disappoint you, but *Australia* is in fact the name of the continent.. Oceania is a recent term to describe the region in Pacific ocean that comprised of thousand islands (mostly tiny one) including mainland Australia..
