I cant believe how many series get reboots and remakes these days.....and not a single one of them is Timesplitters. What a shame. Great video man! Some real gems in this one!
I feel like Timesplitters is a game that is "of it's time" but it was great the way it was. Sleek, clean graphics. Solid gameplay and music. A game like that won't really benefit from an upgrade.
Link238 why? other than halo, which you can play even on pc and a couple hidden gems, the og xbox was shit on games, most of the good ones where just better looking (compared to the ps2) or more stable (compared to the pc's of the time) versions of other games. granted, it was the best console at the time to pirate so...
I'm 29 years old, and I had to share the Gamecube with two brothers (not good when need some playtime on solo, but great for multiplayers games !) this awesome game system made my life so much better, and I'm still listening to some OST sometimes. Here my personal top 20, not always based on the quality of the game since the emotional and nostalgic aspects are definitely included haha: 1.Tales of Symphonia 2.Zelda TWW 3.Metroid Prime 1 4.Super Smash Bros Melee 5.Mario Sunshine 6.Zelda TP 7.Mario Power Tennis 8.Fire Emblem PoR 9.Soul Calibur 2 10.Mario Kart DD 11.F-Zero GX 12.Metroid Prime 2 13.Star Wars Jedi Knight 2 14.Time Splitters FP 15.Zelda 4SA 16.Pikmin 17.Fifa 2004 18.Star Wars RS II 19.Medal of Honor Frontline 20.Mario Golf I'v also played some good games I didn't mention on this list, like Need for Speed 2 or SW Bounty Hunter, also Tony Hawk on PC, but still it was on GC as well, and Battle Stadium D.O.N when I came live in Japan. About Mario Party, I've played them but prefer Mario Party 2 on N64. I've also played famous games like Luigi's Mansion or Star Fox Adventures but didn't have time to finish them since they weren't mine, so I can't include them in this list. Please tell me your thoughts !
I'm 29 too and our Top 5 is exactly the same. I tried to replay Tales of Symphonia last year and it didn't quite click with me the same way as it did back then but when it came out it felt like the most special game in the world to me.
Wow that Killer 7 track 🔥🔥😍 never played the game and haven't heard it before. Had the SNES compilation recommended on my home feed but listening to this first Thank you 🙏🙏
HAH! I love that the entire Prime run on the Gamecube made it on here, in addition to essentally 3 tracks from GX. 3 games that essentially mark my affinity for the console.
Nice. Yeh im still playing this today with that fantastic controller and a library of titles i have yet to get through and complete, albeit playing discs on my Wii system. Visually still very well defined and playable really is an unsung console with games still relatively cheap that hits the sweet spot for me. Cheers
Hear ye soundtrack aficionados, compare Resident Evil 4's entry in this video at 13:12 with the soundtrack for Bram Stoker's Dracula by Wojciech Kilar, track title "Lucy's Party". My heart rejoiced with the excellent compositions and nods found in RE4 ost.

Thank you! This is the first time I have felt that someone has created something that actually does justice to the fantastic GameCube music out there.

@@andrewwood9942 Hi ! I just bought it in Japan where I live and where I found it for 200 years (1$ haha) so my 7 years old can try it !
Some of the best games were on this system and I still play my cube today.
i see a lot of work with this videos, the best part is as alway the good quality combination of music and crystal clear videos
Yeah, this video's awesome!
Finally, others who appreciate the genius of rayman 3
The SNES was the greatest 2D game console ever made. Gamecube is best standard definition 3D game console ever made.
Absolutely!
Wow that Killer 7 track 🔥🔥😍 never played the game and haven't heard it before. Had the SNES compilation recommended on my home feed but listening to this first
Thank you 🙏🙏
Thank you for including Phantasy Star Online. An all time favorite series of mine.
'PSO3 C.A.R.D. Revolution' and 'Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles' - some underrated gems right here in this list!

David Wise
David Wise is a national treasure. He's up there with Koji Kondo.
Thanks for the memories ! The Baten Kaitos clip took me off guard...
Wow, this was such a treat! 👍
Yeah!
From Melee, I liked the Final Destination theme and the Fire Emblem theme a LOT!
I miss PSO 😭
Just remember, the kids in the theme song of Billy Hatcher and the Giant Egg spelled Gint Egg.
30+1 Best Gamecube Soundtracks :)
Friend, what is that pretty outro that you play?

great compilation!
I listen to this and the N64 one every day.
we need more like this
Glad to see that someone also likes Internet on Fire from MMBattle Network.
+Victor Arêas network transmission
The nostalgia 😞
You're doing the work of the gods
Viewtiful needs a sequel or remake 😎😎😎
Yes. Joe joins forces with Jet Jaguar to fight Ultraman and Sigma.
Sorry, bud, but Metroid Prime is #1 in any Gamecube soundtrack list without question. The talent they had on that music team...
Agreed
Cool ! =)
fantastic video!
Skies of Arcadia, best game on the system, IMO. (Even though it's a remake. And it's just -barely- ahead of Wind Waker and Twilight Princess)
Lovely!

I like this soundtrack
Music from last Rarerware Softwares was astounding! Ask James Cameron if he stole it for his Avatar blockbuster!
Double Dash Waluigi Stadium theme > Melee theme > Luigis Mansion theme > erythin else
In my opinion, the best song from Super Smash Bros Melee ist the Zelda Temple theme.
pacman world 2 blade mountain belongs on here
yes
Just mixed into tales of symphonia
So far not a bad song played
Keeep it up
I always wondered why it was spelt out GCN and not NGC. Then it dawned on me Nintendo is a Japanese company and Japanese is read right to left!
I always thought it was because it wasn't to be confused with the Gameboy Color but idk
@Mike Verzosa Uh, okay
Because NGC is for Neo Geo Color.
Nintendo Cubegame
Wii please 30 Best OST
so many memories :')
No Pokemon Colliseum or Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness music? I'm dissapointed.... They both had good soundtracks......
Son, don't lie to yourself like this
I guess the saying," saving the best for last" is true. Twilight Princess is the best Zelda game on the cube.
"that's some good gint egg"
Excuse me but not having pokemon colosseum music is an insult
Do you have videos for best Nintendo DS, Nintendo Wii and Nintendo Wii U soundtracks?
they missed the hyrule stage song for super smash bros melee
Sega got the music. Nintendo got the game. When Sega left gaming they shoulda gone I to the music business.
Most are in brawl hahahah
I have never gay.
*cough, cough* future tactics *cough*
Captain Falcon
Paper Mario The Thousand Year Door has better songs than the two you put on your video.
