    Andrea - would this way of doing a squat be safe for someone with osteoporosis and/ or thoracic compression fractures ( healed)? This is part of my strengthening routine but I have seen some conflicting information about squats with osteoporosis. Your other instructional videos have been very helpful in modifying and correcting some of my yoga postures. Thank you 🙏 😊
