Honestly digital note taking is much better than taking notes on paper- 1. You dont have to carry many notebooks, writing materials or books. Everything is in your device. 2. If you did some mistake, don't worry as editing is so easy. 3. You can change the pen color and higlight important parts without even changing your pen. And yes erase too. 4. The best thing is that it saves trees.
I compleatly switched from paper to and iPad! It´s so much easier and I´m way more organized! I just ordered the 12,9 inch pro and I can´t wait for it to arrive *.* after over 2 years the 6. gen was a little too small for my daily use at school

Just to let y'all know... You don't need an iPad and a 100 dollar stylus that goes with it to make nice looking notes. Just buy a pen and a paper that makes you feel good about taking notes. Buy stationery if you feel like. You don't need very expensive things to feel good and study! ✨
A tip that may work for you - I'm using a kindle fire that is less expensive and getting 2 styluses for 17 bucks, just get a cheap one that can be used for everything
What if by the end of the year, you print all of your notes for each class throughout the whole year, and get copies printed as a study textbook? You can sell them and people can use your notes to study while you can make some extra money!

It's okay, It isn't necessary to write your notes on iPad to study and take notes properly. And if you ask ME, it's better to write notes on paper, it's stays in my mind longer
Wish I had time to do this!! I find it so calming and relaxing. I tried it for medical school, but it took me several hours to just do one lecture like this!! And I fell behind on all my other lectures for that day. So I just take short, ugly notes now since it’s much quicker. But your notes are so beautiful! You should consider selling it at the end of the semester to new students!!

Read your slide, then see if you can summarize in your own words what the major point is, and note that down if you think it’s important. Also write down any questions you have as you are studying so you can ask your prof about it later. Also I really recommend getting into Anki early on. I regret that I didn’t do this. But every student I know who has been using Anki from the start has done incredibly on exams. I also recommend using First Aid early on-skim through the area in first aid that your teacher is lecturing on-this way you’ll know what is the most high-yield stuff from the lecture. Professors often test from the high yield info you’ll find in First Aid. Best of luck with everything!!

Yes lol. When I was taking Igs I couldn't commit to not making notes. I would stop halfway coz I really couldn't do it. Unless if teachers asks for notes and they check it. I once spent 2 hours doing chemistry notes because I thought it was due the following day turns out it was due on Friday and I really hated doing notes from then on. I found online notes for my studies instead of making my own. But I'm taking a levels soon so I need motivation to make notes lol

I prefer effective notes over pretty ones. I write or type my notes in Outline style so format was never an issue. Between a 3 hour commute for my full time job as well as going to school, studying for my next certification, and doing mentoring as well I really don’t have time to care if my notes are photo worthy. These look great, though! I really like this channel.
I don’t have an iPad yet but i might be getting one next month I’m so excited. Tip to save time: Instead of writing down every word using the pen, save your hand writing as a font so you can type it up and it will still look hand written, then highlight when your done, that way you can still have super cute notes without taking lots of time. 🤗💕

Just a warning, though, if y’all have bad eyes like me I wouldn’t recommend black paper. Our eyes perceive the colours as bleeding into the black and it can cause eyestrain. Though, if you like it, go for it.

But if i had so much aesthetic stationary i wouldn't be able to concentrate on my study.
For me, this will never be possible, because, one, I don't even have an Ipad, and two, because the professor talks so fast, that my ''m'' end up like an line kkkk
If you see, she has a blue app with a mix I forgot what it is, but it transcripts what people are saying for you to take notes earlier, or just record and then slow it down and listen to it, or listen to it and pause when you have too

Just a warning, though, if y’all have bad eyes like me I wouldn’t recommend black paper. Our eyes perceive the colours as bleeding into the black and it can cause eyestrain. Though, if you like it, go for it.

@Lipi Gupta actually now everything is going online and a small screen can cause harm to your eyes so i requesed for an i pad and they did so also one of my teacher convinced themm(lol)

I get distracted with all the apps on the iPad personally. And you could use the blue light glasses. I wear prescription glasses, so when I can afford the layering to get the on my actual glasses that I wear to see I do, so I do not have actual recommendations for that.
