I'm a 43 year old that wasted my life away until my mid 30s. It was then I felt that I was sick and tired of how my life was and the only way to change was to change my perspective and habits. Bit by bit, day by day, I made adjustments that made sense towards what I wanted to achieve. The goal post kept moving forward, and before I knew it I made a career change, got married, and just bought my house. It's amazing how much a person can change their life with small increments, it just takes vision and dedication. The best part is, I know the results I've seen is just tip of the iceberg, and I have many more years to look forward to!

    Key takeaways of the video
    * Step one: Become competitive - Take part in things to win, not just for the sake of participating.
    * Step two: Become obsessive - Be obsessed with your goals and work hard to achieve them.
    * Step three: Become a producer - Create something that people will buy and become a producer, rather than just a consumer.
    * Step four: Ask better questions - Ask concise and clear questions to mentors, and take action on the advice given.
    * Step five: Don't measure yourself by net worth - Skills, knowledge, and confidence are more important than how much money you have.
    * Step six: Become comfortable with money - Realize that money is everywhere, and giving more value than you take will lead to success.

I worked really hard and educated myself and I’ve brought my credit score from 480 to 732 and I’m still going up with *VRI TOKEN* . My advice to new investors: Buy good companies stocks and hold them as long as they are good companies. Just do this and ignore the forecasts and market views which are at best entertaining but completely useless.

Being competitive and hyper obsessive about my goals are the things that I definitely need to do to improve.
Already moving towards the producer side of the scale. Aim at getting the inputs right (solving consumer problems, creating value) and the outputs take care of themselves (higher demand for the product/service offerings, money etc.).

There's a couple things I'm worried about with the potential housing recession not panning out. Worries: record low inventory, potential for lots of bank bailouts, 250k deposit limit potentially being waived (the big players...they never feel the consequences that the average or poor American feels when things like this happen), talks of pausing foreclosures and potentially creating more laws preventing people from losing homes (yep lets just keep giving homes to those who can't afford and completely screw younger people from ever owning a home). My fiancé and I make good money together and we're looking at homes in Colorado. Even with us making good money we can barely afford most mortgage payments with other bills, and necessities on top of that. Something's got to give because why are mortgages way more expensive then renting? Also why does the US keep sending money oversee when we have legitimate issues here in our own country?

Credit scores are just a form of federal control, so if you want to continue living a good life? it’s important to have a high score. My house and vehicles are paid off, I have one Visa card for all purchases, which gives me air miles, and I pay it off monthly, but my score bounces between 800 and 820 without changing any of my patterns, so it’s manipulated for some reason. *VRI TOKEN* made it stay at that range and getting it up

Credit score is not something used in all countries though. In France, they determine if you are eligible to get a loan (e.g., to buy a house) based on the ratio between your salary, your expenses and your savings. Basically, if every month you 'burn' all your money, you're perceived as riskier than someone earning less but consistently making deposits to a saving account. I feel in the US people tend to buy things they don't need with money they don't have... The only times I feel one should need a credit is when buying 'big' things (house, car, etc.). Not for a TV. I’m 26 with over 800 credit score, time was put into that to build it up by *VRI TOKEN*

VERY well done ! I say this with 40+ years in mortgage finance & banking working with credit bureaus. Different models and parameters are used by different industries but *VRI TOKEN* info is pretty much universal. If you're trying to max your credit scores, there is a happy medium between too many credit cards and none. Too many cards with zero balnce may actually hurt you in some cases. Even if you do not use them, you have a potential. To always pay cash & still have cards doesn't help your scores as well

Interesting consideration, have to consider digital land probably won't function like physical land obviously but I see application. The issue right now is no one can foresee where this space is heading. Metaverse is an obvious choice in purchasing land as it's backed by FB but when I bought my VR headset a lot of people didn't want to have any association with FB like having to create an account to access their VR profile. I think if fears of future pandemics persist people will be more willing to stay home and interact on VR for shopping and social events, not to mention viewing events in other countries without the costs of flying, etc. There's a lot of potential and opportunity to integrate with cryptocurrency when you deal with the right source like *VRI TOKEN* but there's probably a long way until a platform exists for it.
