I think the Jazwares helmet looks the most like the screen used Vader but I'm not crazy about the grey two tone. I like the detail on the inside of the Black Series helmet but it just doesn't look right overall. The Rubies one looks ok, but the dome looks a little weird to me. Personally, if I could have a Vader helmet that looks like the Jazwares one as far as proportion goes and have the detail of the black series helmet on the inside, that would be the ultimate.
I just received mine today. I have the Don Post classic action Vader, rubies supreme, EFX Vader and the hasbro black series and the jazwares Vader helmet is right there with all of them.
Great review, I’m on RPF so was waiting. Mine arrived UK last Friday from Halloween Costumes. I paid £129 in total and that was£29 shipping. I’ve owned many a Vader and have a couple of high end lineage, the DP deluxe and Illusive Originals Reveal. If honest this is the Best Buy I have had, I have a DPCA and that was £300 to get my hands on as a nostalgia piece. One thing I tried before I sold my black series, if you have a rubies dome then put it on it, it changes the piece completely. Having the illusive originals reveal, the reveal face plate was wider, but the dome was compromised when hasbro did it.
It looks pretty good, i don't think it beats my EFX helmet, though. There's just something about the EFX ANH helmet that makes it look more intimidating!
I have the black series premium and yeup the eyes are backwards? The mouth is wider, I took a strip of electric tape to darken the surface between the tusk and it looks better.
The Jazwares helmet is massive. Even on me standing at over 6'1" it overpowers my proportions. For this reason I don't like to use it as cosplay. With Darth Vader the challenge is the proportions because Prowse was a really big guy. The black series, being smaller than Jazwares, allows me to look more proportioned to Prowse.
@@derrickknight4985 I didn’t think I was bashing them around too much? 😅 like I said in the video I feel repetitive movements on the Dome of the Jazwares one may lead to broken pegs if it’s done a bunch of times, I only did it like 3 times haha

Jazware one looks the best by far and movie accurate. The other two don't look right to me. The Jazware one is The Empire Strikes Back version.
