  • In this (5 min) video, I show how to use the AECCDRAWSURFACEHIGHLOWPOINTS command to quickly calculate and annotate the High points and Low points on my Civil 3D surface. Using this information can help me when it comes to analyzing drainage in proposed and existing situations.

Awesome tip Jerry! You guys are the best on youtube. Just a question: is this tool avaiable only in C3D 2017 or for Subscription Costumers? I can't see this tool in C3D 2016.

What if I have two digging bottom lifts and I want to take the lowest points in the level in both lifts so that I can calculate the largest quantities of digging and backfilling
Is there a way available on the bottom?
