  • In this video, we're going to talk about how to use the Blender mirror modifier to mirror objects along an axis in Blender. This can be a SIGNIFICANT timesaver when it comes to modeling symmetrical objects in Blender.
I'd love to hear from you in the comments below - what modifier do YOU use most when modeling in Blender?

Thumbs up for giving us enough to get us going, enabling us to experiment further and use different modifiers to look at modeling projects differently . It motivates me to try more.

Is it possible to seperate a mirrored object?
I have a character and on both sides it has an object attached to it that is obviously the same because of the mirror mod.
I seperated both object from the character but now if I adjust one object it makes changes to the other object as well and I don't want that.
Is there a way to seperate them? If I click P and seperate by selection it doesn't work.
