Is there another set of progressions following on from these exercises or is it just a case of repeatedly working them, building up strength & technique through repetition and the muscle up will come?
Crossfit gets all those haters because the good and difficult gymnastic exercise is turned into God knows what by crossfitters. This guy is doing clean gymnastic movements with a good form, that has nothing to do with crossfit.
What really helps with the muscle up is actually practicing the muscle up, forget about these drills. The best way to gain proficiency is muscle up negatives, and half muscle ups into the transition phase. And practice dips only if your lacking strength in your dips. It's the false grip and the transition from pull to push that makes the muscle up difficult

This helped Brandon overcome his muscle building stagnation and consequently pack on chiseled lean muscle with no fat fast. It may help you too.
Actually, it's putting your wrist above the rings. Otherwise, when your body reaches the top of the ring, you can't shift your weight over your hands for the dip.

For me the most important thing I noticed here is how close the rings are. In other words, like a narrow grip chin. This did it for me. thanks

Rings cost about 40 bucks online. Best thing about rings is you can take them anywhere.

palm point outward so you can spin you hand, i believe. not positive.
