Drawing like that is the worst part about this video
I can’t believe you are shooting that nice Hoyt in the rain🤣🤣🤣
If it ain’t raining it ain’t training 😝. Thanks for watching.
Most modern compound bows are water proof. Just dry it off afterwards and wax the strings
I’m glad whoever is in the blue coat can actually draw correctly… 1 for 3
You just boosted Hoyt Carbon sales in 1 video. Great video.
Great video! Watching him draw the bow back hurts my shoulder though lol
lol. Thanks for watching
this a proper review of a bow!!!! you guys are awesome for doing this!! now do all the flagship bows lol
Challenge accepted. Thanks for watching.
Well, I was wrong! I thought this was click bait! Man, they actually parked the truck on the bow. That bow is durable. Would love to see some other brands tested.
If I did that with my archery gear, my wife would divorce me.😂
Crazy to think yall ran it over before all that dry fire! This is amazing I just bought the RX8 and I’m in love with it. In the name of science! Thank you, you guys are awesome! New Sub here btw!
Right on! Thanks for watching. Enjoy your new bow.
Ive been rough on my hoyt carbon spyder 34 for the pass decade, but nothing like you all have in that 10 min video.
Awsome review!!!. I think you guys should do this exact same torture test with all the flagship bows from the top manufacturers like Matthew's, Bowtech, P.S.E, Prime, Elite ect. And then truely crown the ultimate champion!!! I think alot of fan boys might tuck their tails.
That makes me cringe whenever I see a Dry-fire...
Definitely cringe but all for science. Thanks for watching.
Impressive durability from that bow. My hunting bows don't see anywhere that much abuse when I hunt. I have dryfired one of my bows and it withstood the abuse with broken draw stops and broken string. Didn't think any string would hold up but yours did.
My strings are custom made. I have been making string for about 10 years now and they hold up really well. Thanks for watching.
I have a Hoyt kytera my grandson was 2 when my husband had me draw bow back with arrow in it to mark drawlength as i let it down my gs grabbed bottom cam so cable went over his fingers and came off the bow. Thankfully his fingers were ok mainly because I was letting bow down not shooting. Then after that it has been dry fired twice 🤦. This bow is still going strong to this day. HOYTS one hell of a bow. And imo the best for finger shooters like myself no finger pinch.
That’s wild. Yes Hoyt has a very strong bow that will last you a lifetime if you take care of it. This was just to demonstrate how tough they really are.
My shoulder hurts watching this video.
Lol
Made me cringe when you dry fired the first time, but three times and all that happened was the silencers popped off. That just shows how tuff Hoyt bows are. I have a RX5, RX7 and a VTM 31 Battle worn. Love them all.
Love it! New sub
Thanks for subbing! Thanks for watching
When are you gonna get some Mathew’s in stock?
Hoyt rx 8 for sale....barely used...like new condition
For half the price cause I’m not hunting anymore😂😂😂
BaaahhhhhAAAAA
Hoyt makes one of if not the best bows out there
They really do. It’s amazing how durable they are.
You guys are nuts, you got my sub.
Thanks for watching
this hurt me! Awesome video
Thanks for watching
See if an arrow will go thru that carbon riser
That might be in the works 🤫
This video hurts so bad lol 😂
I accidentally dry fired my VTM the second day I got it just had alot going on in my head and was shooting to help with it and shot one arrow looked down range to see where it it then I pulled back and it souded like a gun going off. So I called my shop they looked it over and said it was good even the string was still good. And guys I'm just going to tell you if it was a mathews with those thin limbs and cams it would have been a pile of junk at my feet
I completely agree. Thanks for watching.
Actually there have been similar videos made with Mathews with same results. It's pretty childish for people to keep up these little arguments about "well this brand is better because it's the one I use." All the flagship bows are well made and able to handle some pretty good abuse. That's why they are the flagships. I have an elite omnia and a Mathews lift right now and they're both great. I've also had Hoyt and bowtech before and they were great too. All of them will stand up to any kind of punishment a hunter will give them on a normal day. What more can you ask? I've dry fired a few bows myself and it's never been a big deal. And guess what... They weren't Hoyt!😂😂😂
It’s a very nice!!
Hope you get a lot of views for dry firing such a nice bow
Hopefully. Thanks for watching.
I want to see yall do the same thing with a mathews to see how it will hold up
Speed nock comes off it will definitely effect you vertical tears on paper and also your impact point.
You'll have a low tear now and tail low arrow flight
That’s correct but also easy to attach another one. Super simple fix. Thanks for watching.
That was impressive.
Try dry firing that Carbon One X 😂
I dare you to dry fire that Bowtech. I can guarantee you will fold cams like a Kleenex. I did on mine cost 225$ for new cams!lol , HOYT fkn rules
As much as I want to I know it won’t survive. But at least you have the story to tell others. Hoyt for Life. Thanks for watching.
@@archeryVET my Bowtech I blew up was the Solution . Not same one you have but that's one I was talking bout.
the Bowtech I was shooting is the Carbon One X.
To all them people that call it a Chinese bow that is junk. Let’s see your bow do that I’ll be waiting!!
That’s what I’m talking about. Thanks for watching.
Italian, not Chinese all the keyboard warriors don’t even know which countries are what I guess Ferraris are junk too
Hoyt….great company…..great bows.
Facts
Dry fire… 😂
the guy who is drawing the bow, does he even have a rotator cuff left? that draw cycle looks so fucking painful dude
All for science.Pretty cool bow.
👍🏼 Thanks for watching
Whats point of this.noone in there right mind would do this.
Yes in fact you might have a friend that thinks they know how to pull back a bow and then they dry fire your shit. At least you know if you got a Hoyt it will be ok. Your welcome. Thanks for watching.
Rabbit head if you can hit it
When guy drawing like that and talk about how cycling is smooth 😂😂😂😂 Than do it right dude 🤦🏻
Why? I can hear this dudes wallet crying
i can hear his shoulder crying
Man some of us wish to own a bow like that in are life time and at this point Its not looking good for me it just brakes my hart seeing this
What's the draw weight set at? Looks like the limbs are backed down.
I believe it was at 65 lbs
Why in the hell would you do that to a new bow
Why not 🤔
Will the Carbon One be your next torture victim?!? 🤣🤣🤣
I really want to but I know it won’t survive. But if Bowtech wants to send me a test bow I will do it.
@@archeryVET they will not do that for sure😂! Coming off a Carbon One, I have an Rx-8 on order… wich one do you like best?
I definitely like the RX8 best. The draw cycle is smooth and when you shoot the bow it is comfortable with not shock to the hand. I do like the Carbon One X but for the money I would do RX8 for sure 👍🏼.
What strings are on there?
The strings on the RX8 ultra are strings I made.
Might be a good idea to at least wear eye protection when dry-firing a bow on purpose next time, definitely when you have been beating up that particular bow ;-)
Might be a good point but where is the fun in that 🤪
I saw safety squints!
How many pounds was this set at😂😂looks weak to me if that dude can pull it back😂
65 lbs
Almost as dumb as Bowmar shooting at a target in front of the window of his truck... and then setting it on fire "accidentally".
How can you just break that thing
For science. Thanks for watching
Don't really understand the reasoning behind this video? Maybe there isn't any? Just for fun?
🤪🤷♂️
When you're done with it can I have it. Just asking
If Hoyt sends me another one to replace this one you can have the Test bow.
The chest draw made me cringe
Why?
Why not 🤔
this hurt to watch
I've seen Stupid before but this takes the cake
What kind of cake
@@archeryVET 💩💩💩
You guys definitely got more money than you have sense.
🤔🤷♂️
Justice of fine example of more money than brains ,absolutely the stupidest thing ive watched
Thanks for watching 👍🏼
@allanstriber5272 you need to chill guy, maybe if you did more working and less complaining about other people and how much money they have you could afford great things so destroy too. Stop being a troll turd. They did a great job demonstrating how durable Hoyt bows really are. Just because you don’t agree doesn’t mean you bash other people so go 🖕🏼yourself. Keep up the good work @archerVET
Anything for likes
So sad what people will do to get views, its just pathetic.
What they did is pretty much advertised by Hoyt…so why not
