Funny how they still call the shooter a "Suspect" WTF??
A) He is a suspect unless he has been proven guilty in a court of law, and B) Even thought the evidence is extremely strong in this case, there’s a reason not drawing conclusions until it has been proven in a court of law is a good idea. Even today, I don’t know if I believe Sirhan Sirhan was guilty of assassinating RFK, and he was caught with a gun in his hand. Check out Derren Brown’s The Assassin if you want to know why I at least have questions. Yes, I suspect this guy was the shooter based on the evidence I have seen so far, but it wouldn’t be the first time I’ve been misled by seemingly conclusive evidence.

The criminal courts can't try, prosecute and sentence a deceased person. Please correct me if I am wrong here, and I am not sure about any civil proceedings though. 😊
There is new witnesses and videos showing something like a figure at the water tower nearby the rally place. The figure moved and disappeared immediately after the first shots ad the reappeared shortly after that. Some may think it was the actual shooter... Things are getting weirder and weirder.

That the sniper team did not tell anyone they were leaving. That Crooks was enough of a threat to abandon post, but not enough of a threat to take Trump off the stage. That communications were not recorded. That the communications with SS took 15 minutes or more. That secret service did not plan to have any sniper teams at the venue originally, but then changed their plan the day before. That crooks flew a drone over the compound the day of the event. That he was observed by the sniper team using a range finder 25 monutes prior to shooting at Trump. That they saw he had additional gear on his bike with what was obviously a wrapped gun. That the Secret service perimeter did not include the most obvious threat asset on the compound. That the Secret Service did not attend the execution brief the day of the event.

It was not the first thing he did. He said in the video others already alerted the police. It's good to have video as it will help with evidence in court later if needed - then suspect turns into guilty criminal (if he lives.) Same logic of police wearing body cams - to capture evidence.

I know a AR with a scope on it when I see one and I see a AR with a regular iron site with a small halo lens site that doesn’t see further just shows the dot direction. There is no way he even seen his head with that kind of site with no actual scope not even a hunting scope. It would take a rifle scope like secret service had to hit an ear even missing. Why are there videos with a lady that everyone thinks is suspicious and some videos without?
Clearly it would be easier or more accurate to call Crook a patsy, the ease with which he managed to get into position and the delay in taking the shot that took him out, the sound analysis of the shots as they rang out in sequence indicated that they came from different caliber weapons and from different locations, so what is taking so long to arrive at this conclusion? The real gunman/sniper/assassin has gotten away....so far, I don't have much faith he will ever be caught.
