- Iowa Sen. Chuck Grassley obtained and released bodycam footage after the Trump assassination attempt on July 13.
In the video, you can see a Secret Service member talking with local authorities to confirm the details of the incident.
You can also see the body of Trump's shooter, Thomas Matthew Crooks.
Grassley says he obtained the video from the Beaver County Emergency Services unit and added that the Secret Service needs to give 'detailed answers' on security failures.
This also comes after Kimberly Cheatle resigned as the Secret Service director.

My old lady analysis: The first three shots were from the professional inside the building hence why shot 123 sounds muffled and hit a mark. The first three shots hit three people including Trump. The professional got to their target. Shots 45678 were the five consecutive fired in open air by the kid and all five missed. 9 was the kill shot to the kid on the roof who was the fall guy for the professional from inside the building.

The countersnipers had eyes on the guy before the shooting, identified him as suspicious, and even took his picture, yet the guy was able to pop off multiple rounds before they neutralized him. Let that sink in.

I also heard that an analysis of the sound detects two frequencies of gunfire

What really fascinates me is, that the shooter was so close to the rally point and had a position completely surrounded by snipers. Sniper in the back, snipers in front, snipers at the side. It looks to me as if somebody wanted to be sure he couldn't get away alive. But wasn't stopped before his attempt even after officials had been informed by people at this event that there is somebody on the roof with a gun.

1- they already knew of Crooks and were trying to find him after they lost visual of him from the building;
2- it is stupid to think that LEO would automatically pay attention to a hunch of buzzed guys shouting and pointing in different directions;
3- by the time LEO figured out the drunken shouting was legit, the shooting had already started;
4- the cops WERE trying to reach secret service the whole time to point them at the right direction where to shoot;
5-once secret service were looking in Crooks direction they had to wait until he made himself visible to execute him.

Also in one video 5 casings are on 1 end and 3 on another end but then in another a cop counts all 8 while looking down at Crooks so they moved 3 at some point. Ahhh I hate this!
When I saw the headline of this video, at first I wondered if we were gonna see Mr. Crooks getting taken out from his OWN perspective..
Only his face reached the roof; he was holding on with both hands after being boosted up. He let go, fell and broke his ankle after the shooter aimed at him.
Whoever made the decision not to put security on that water tower is very much suspect.
There was a guy up there, but I think his vield of vision/direction was putting the shooter on their flank thus they never looked in that direction.

It’s in PA. They have to have codes in place for rain and snow build up. The roofs must have a pitch 3:12 to prevent buildup. A flat roof requires specific materials and drains.

I watched the Congressional hearing today. And it sounds like there were two ESU (emergency support unit) agents in that exact room. It was reported that they left their post to go search for him. Maybe if it's the same officer that was in that room....then the story lines out with what was reported. It's sad, though, if it's true (leaving the post) bc they foooor sure would have been able to take the shooter out prior to shots fired.

No secret service personnel assigned to roof. reports said there were county cops on the roof earlier, but the roof was too hot, so they left---only leaving cops (and others?) inside the 2nd story windows.
