Building a new rudder for our sailboat

In this episode of the boat refit series, I get help from my neighbor Tom - an expert shipwright - to help build a new rudder for the sailboat. He happened to have an old Cascade 36 rudder in his yard that has a little more surface area than the old rudder I cut out of the boat, so it worked out great!
