- Singapore will showcase its aerial power to its heartlands at this year's National Day Parade. A flypast consisting of F-16 fighter jets, Chinooks and Apache attack helicopters will bring the festivities to residents at home. Charlotte Lim takes a sneak peek.

F16 IS AN AGING PLATFORM of fighter jet. No big deal!! Its not the US 5th generation fighter jet!
We are gettig F35s soon if you're unaware. The F16 remains one of the most competent fighters currently and there are no reasons to phase them out quickly in this region. It provides tremendous support to the F15s that we have, anyway.

Now I'm not saying the F16 is a super great fighter but in this region it remains one of the most competent. How many SU35s are there around this region and how competent are the pilots and support groups?
@@sngtianwan9776 the Ukrainian pilots are not trained to fly F16s, I thought this is common knowledge? They haven't even been trained yet at this time of writing.
Singapore's F-16 fleets are old and one suffered a catastrophic malfunction recently. Parade goers beware. If the F-16 falls out of the sky, this will be your last NDP.

If China took a lung and a liver without permission from a Singaporean or Chinese citizen to sell how should they be punished? If a Singaporean doctor had no license for plastic surgery and killed a Singaporean would you remove their license and lock them up in prison for decades? Would you block them from traveling to Singapore ? If a South Korean kidnappes a South Korean and uses this person for hard manual labor without much pay is that modern slavery? If the person is beaten repeatedly and can not live the island or call family members for months or years is that human trafficking? If South Korea hires workers from Thailand and Cambodia and they die without a investigation but were extremely cold living outside in green houses with no heat, or air conditioning in the summer no medicine while sick, or doctor 's appointments, or dentists should people live that way? Should all countries be required to give housing for migrants heated or with air conditioning and the ability to get to a doctor in a car in a day? Should wages be the same as citizens? In Japan migrants are threatened to be fired after hired for work. They often don't speak the language and could be picking crops for no breaks, days off , no vacations, and very little money. Migrants working food can be beaten. Even legal Japanese people complain employors do not receive punishment for attacking their employees. Frequently girls are in Gentleman hosting cubs with no set wages. They can be minors and legally told by their employers to pay off debt for their rent. Rent is extremely costly and girls can be raped without employers retaliation because it causes financial losses. The pay is low. Should everywhere in Japan be closed permanently if minors are trafficked and more than half the pay check goes to the men?
