CORRECTION! When I said "I don't think the Fujifilm X-PRO2 paired with ttartisan 27mm lens is the sharpest camera that I own," I should have said "the ttartisan 27mm lens isn't the sharpest lens that I own" Also, I want to make it clear that I was not saying the lens isn't sharp at all. Just less sharp compared to some other lenses that I own. I really like this lens and the images I get out of it.
I bought the X Pro 2 in june 2024, and i really love this camera. Bought it secondhand of course, but it was in mint condition. You are right about al the good things of this camera, but the most satisfying shuttersound is the fuji X E1 in my opinion.
AS SOMEONE WHO OWNS ALL THREE VERSIONS....YOU WON'T GO WRONG GETTING THE XPRO2! IMO... IT'S THE BEST OVERALL OF THE THREE VERSIONS! I WILL ALSO NOTE THAT THE XPRO1 IS A VERY VERY FINE CAMERA TOO....AND IS THE EASIEST TO USE! YOU'RE GOING TO LOVE YOUR PURCHASE! 💯💯💯💯💯
Love the video, but I have to disagree with you, I've had the Xpro2 since it's release and this camera is crazy sharp with the right lens. I will admit I also have the TTA 27mm it's a nice lens but definitely not the sharpest. Try a different lens and you will get a different result, even the Fuji 35 mm F2, which is weather sealed and has really great sharpness. Enjoy the Xpro2 and thanks for sharing.
@@tonym9635 Thank you for watching my video and leaving a comment! Yes i should have worded that part of the review differently because sharpness comes from the lens. 35mm (50mm equivalent) is my favorite focal length so I will try that lens out in the future.
@@techgum9743 oh my, graphite is just gorgeous. I couldn’t find one here so i went for black instead. Congrats on your purchase and thank you for watching!

Hi MJ! Thank you so much for the encouragement. It really keeps me going! I recently moved to a new neighborhood so everything looks new and photogenic. Take care! I really appreciate your support!
Nice video, but why pay the totally over priced tag of the X-Pro 2 when the X-T2 is identical, has a better EVF (which you will end up using anyway) 🤔 and is almost half the price!! BTW go with the 35 f2 and 23 f2, they are soooo much better and weathersealed!
@@stevegodsell Thank you for watching. I honestly just wanted a rangefinder style camera. Yes the ttartisan lens came with the camera, but I will get the weathersealed lens to go with the camera in the future.
@@AlexKimPhoto , curiously, how much did you exactly pay for your X-Pro2? Did it come with its box, charger, cables, etc.? And did it include extra accessories? Thank you.
Woah, hold up - you're comparing a TTArtisans lens on the X-Pro2 with Sony lenses and saying the Fuji "camera" isn't sharp??? The lens isn't sharp, nothing to do with the camera. It would be so refreshing not to find just another CC stirring opinions for views by being inaccurate and misleading.
I get where you are coming from, but I never said it isn't sharp. I said it's not the sharpest camera that I own. There is a difference. But yes, I should have said the lens isn’t the sharpest lens that I own. Hope it wasn’t too misleading
@@AlexKimPhoto I must agree with OP comment. Sharpness comes from the lens mostly. Comparing the camera bodies with different lenses is pointless. I'm not a sharpness fanboy, so I don't care much for it (I have only one digital camera and that's the XPro2 paired with TTArtisan 25mm f/2).
@@stratocactus Yes that was a mistake on my part. I should have said the lens isn’t the sharpest lens that I own. I did mention the specific lens i was using so i hope it was not too misleading. But I just want to make it clear that I wasn’t saying it isn’t sharp.
@@AlexKimPhoto I really like the 16 1.4, the new 23 1.4, and the new 33 1.4. For character I like the 56 1.2. These lenses are good! Maybe your opinion on sharpness might change since mine changed after trying these lenses out. However, it is not the same compared to my GFXs.

Might want to try the famous "Fujicron" lenses, the 23/35/50 f/2 R WR set of lenses for sharp Fuji images.

Still carry mine since i bought it second hand mint condition in 2018. It’s just lovely and its always a conversation starter when people see it
it is a very good looking camera. I dream of getting a Graphite edition in mint condition one day haha

I own the XPro 1-3 bodies and love them all. I use DXO Prue Raw 4 to process all my Raw files, get sharper and lower grain files as a result.
@@HartponderJr I see! I will try that next time :) thank you for the tip!
@HartponderJR . Curiously, how's your X-Pro3? Your copy's LCD issues or any other concerns (read about EVF problems as well) haven't turned up yet?
