- This delicious trifle recipe with grilled peaches, cherries, and vanilla cake floating in layers of whipped cream mixed with Greek yogurt is from the Summer Chapter of my new cookbook and one of my FAVORITE dessert recipes when peaches are in season. I made this trifle for a party last month. Wasn't even as fancy as this and it was a hit. I'm going to be back again and again and again for many more recipes and I definitely will be getting that cookbook. Can't wait to make all the recipes in it

Thank you for making this recipe! It’s super different than other recipes. And I’m starting to learn it’s ok to modify the fruits based on season! I used to stick to the recipes exact. You have taught me it’s ok 👍 to try something else . You always have lots of ideas 💡
This is one of my all-time favorite dishes to order as my entree at seaside restaurants. I wish I lived closer to the ocean to get fresh clams!
