Bro. I haven't seen your videos in years! It's good to see you're still active and being a crusher!

Hey man, I've recently watched most of your videos and I do appreciate your content. So much valuable information for free here. Now, if I may ask, although I know the importance of horizontal and vertical push/pull for overall strength and injury prevention, if one has focused on those over the years and has a lot of strength on all angles, is it a big problem to spend months of off horizontal pulling if he can't go to the gym and doesn't have the right equipment? Say, quarantine time and all I do is weighted pullups, dips and accessories. Can that be problematic or I'm fine?

It can become a problem for sure, do whatever you can do balance it out with for example resistance bands, get creative.

@@Littlebeastmtraining Thanks. I might use bands and some light dumbells for rear delt fly all for high volume.
      Again, great channel.

What do you think about Yoga and the Mobility benefits in the main exercises?

I know you are more into skills and strength and the last should translate into muscle gain . But can you do a video that focuses solely on gaining muscle mass .

Hey man, is the power raise supposed to work the rear delts? I’ve never done a raise In that position before but it looks interesting.
