I hear that "eye of the tiger" in the background. It's not the technique that makes them killers it's the song. One of my favorite btw.

Miocic did that in the first fight against Ngannou I think. Or something very similar, went for what it looked like a single, but rotated to Ngannous side, trapped his leg and went for the take down grabbing the other leg also, didnt look exactly the same as this but very similar

I wouldn't go to Brazilian Jiujitsu guys to learn single leg and double leg take-downs.
Go video with Wrestlers teaching this, because the devil is in the details.

But wrestlers aren't used to chokes or armlocks.

@@danielj233 what do arm locks and choke holds have to with double leg and single leg takedowns?
With that kind of response I suppose you go to jiujitsu class to learn how to kickbox

Talking from a bjj standpoint, if you are a bjj guy, you would want to know the potential risk when you are doing single/doubles against someone in bjj match, the risk involved, doing single/double incorrectly can be a setup for your opponent to put on a guiliotine choke on you, but could be the correct move in a wrestling match. Obviously bjj takedowns are not as sharp as wrestling, far from it, but it focuses on those risks involved by modifying those moves as opposed to wrestling that focus on takedowns/control/pinning.

Na, I'd rather learn from a BJJ practitioner so I don't get choked out. And I've seen a lot of wrestling instructionals hold the single legs low because the shoe stops the opponent slipping out easy.
