Woah buddy. I think you're confusing the horse with the horde of rats that spread their poison around in the hopes of killing the horse.
@@NovusIgnis Nope. No confusion. The donor hearts in the kids ward was a perfect analogy. The popular vote would agree......
@@melaniegrant855 Sorry but sheep in the field have no knowledge with which to cast a vote. They wouldn't know that the horse was a better choice than the snake.
@@NovusIgnis Even after ALL that has occurred you still refer to the Left as "sheep". Projection does not equal intelligence. Foolishness is rampant amongst horses it seems.....
@@melaniegrant855 No, actually. I don't refer to them as sheep, I refer to sheep as sheep. I refer to anyone, regardless of their affiliation, that chooses to selectively curate their information instead of getting their news from multiple biased sources and cross-referencing the stories to see what matches up. Anyone that only listens to leftist news or right leaning news and forms their opinions based on what the rest of the tribe thinks. Base minded sheep. That's what they are. It's pathetic and sorry behavior.
If you think that Trump hasn't done a lot of good since coming into office, then you're a sheep. If you hate Trump so much that you can't even cheer for prison reform or tightening border security which will lead to less human trafficking, then you're a sheep. If you think building a border wall is racist or detaining families is cruel, but didn't hold those same opinions when Barack Obama did and proposed those exact same things and to much greater extremes, then you're a sheep.
This guy is adorable
Stephen is thoroughly enjoying this interview.
You can really tell these two genuinely like each other. Nice to see.
02:26 "Do you want to go to the MET tomorrow" in the shiest cutest voice ever
“I fired the horse catcher.” Ahahahahahaha!!! I cried from laughter
Amazing chemistry between these two!
“To me it’s like there’s a horse loose in a hospital. Like, I think everything’s gonna be okay, but I have no idea what’s gonna happen next, and none of you know either. We’ve all never not known together...It’s confusing, because every day we just have to follow the horse. And some days it’s like ‘The horse used the elevator!’ You know, there’s days where you’re like ‘Is the horse smart?’ And then we’re all just like ‘Why hasn’t the horse catcher caught the horse?’ and then the horse is like ‘I have fired the horse catcher.’ That shouldn’t be a thing.”- John Mulaney on Trump
Bahaha! I'm legit dying from laughter! (tears, coughing fit and all)
But does the horse have dogs to look after?
wolverineminer I was looking for this comment
wolverineminer shhhh shhhh shhhh shhhh... why do people always shush animals? (they've never spoken...)
wolverineminer I see what you did there. But it's worse. The horse has started arguing with the horse from the next hospital over.
The horse has a rat who deals with those bitches.
Yeah it does. That's us.
I have fired the horse catcher. Best ever political metaphor.
The horse is like “I have fired the horse catcher” 😭
The video has been over for the last 2 minutes, I am still laughing.
That's Eric Trump's go-to pickup line.
"I've seen you, but you didn't see me.."
Usually followed by
"She got away, but I won't be foiled again.."
Why is this so true?
John Mulaney is good-looking AND funny. What a babe
emercycrite
Agreed. He is the epitome of male babeness
emercycrite he is one tasty dish.
I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who thinks that. I could listen to and watch him read the phonebook and find it captivating and hilarious.
Johnny Utah /
emercycrite He will be SUPER-HOT in like 5 years.
"but I don't know anybody there I'd have loved somebody to talk to." just so sincere and like...this is what everyone with social anxiety needs to hear. just go say hi. ♥
I simply love John Mulaney, he is one of the BEST storytelling comedians EVVVER! The line about the horse, and firing the horse catcher was hilarious. I would love to see John Mulaney live...
the way he said daguerrotype cracked me up disproportionately but because i somehow forgot my mouth was closed, i just sort of snorted really deeply within my mouth and sucked the air out of my throat, like, i suffocated for that moment in time, laughing at a shout out to daguerrotypes.
Next time you're sad, just think of Mulaney saying the word "daguerrotype". You're welcome.
Bird analogy floored me. I love this man.
John is so charming, nice, and witty in that old-school way.
The way how John’s voice trembled when he tried to invite Stephen out the next day 😂
Japanese person: "So, are you happy with recent developments?"
Me: "Nope!"
Kid Mafalda, right there.
I love John Mulaney! Try again for a TV show, please.
His comedy doesn't fit well with it. His specials are amazing though, he should put more effort into those.
Sabine Moss He wrote Stephan, my all-time favorite SNL character.
isn't he on the Flash? (kidding)
He'd be freaking perfect on Veep, wonder if he'd have any interest in it.
yes!!!
That horse metaphor was beautiful lol
This was such a fun interview! They genuinely seem to enjoy each other's company and I didn't expect to be laughing with tears streaming down my face but the balloons and the horse metaphor killed me! 😂😂😂😂😂
Love love love Mulaney... “I have fired the horse catcher!” Priceless
I love how John tries out his material on live TV before making a special and the specials are still fucking hilarious. Aside from here he's done it on Conan and SNL as well
I've loved John Mulaney ever since 'New In Town'. He's smart, good looking and very funny. I hope Hollywood gives him another shot at a tv 📺 show.
Ursine ComicGeek he has a show on Netflix
Remember!!! Voting is your chance to get the horse out of the hospital!!!
Cracked me up "I have fired the horse catcher".
"Wait, is the horse...smart?" Perfectly sums up Trump's (increasingly rare) bright spots or lack of total fuckups. He IS a horse loose in a hospital!
Day 1228: The horse is still loose in the hospital.
And he miGHT FINNALLY GET OUT SOON
The horse will be checking out of the hospital in 72 days.
The horse is no longer in the hospital, he has been replaced by a lizard.
@@bri5033 I guess a lizard isnt great, but its tens times better than an elephant!
@@bri5033 I'll take the lizard over the horse. Lizards don't do much but I much prefer that to a horse right now
That is a heck of an analogy.
He looks a little like the actor from the flash on cw
Elisandro Cantu Grant Gustin is the actor you're thinking of, and I had the same thought.
Elisandro Cantu thanks,
Elisandro Cantu ya dumb
Eric Silva how is making a observation dumb? I said he "looks like" not that he was...
That is why I felt confused watching him.
I am in love with John's tie. And he, himself, ain't bad, either.
“That is not playing to this camera” 😂 what a cute inside joke to have lol adorable
"Horse Loose in a Hospital" was a stroke of topical comic genius, and it I hope some day it will be studied in schools
A dogger type!
He's adorable. Why haven't I heard about him before!?
Melisa Rojas He used to be writer for Saturday Night Live. He also writes for a TV along with Seth Meyers for a TV show called "Documentary Now!" Its on Netflix. Check it out sometime, it's pretty funny :)
While you're at it check out his comedy specials the comeback kid and new in town. He is just a delightful man.
Don't forget "The Top Part" in his list of comedy specials. It's audio only but he's brilliant as always.
You did hear about him, if you ever heard that bit about the two kids in the family diner playing What's New Pussycat over and over (punctuated by one It's Not Unusual) on the jukebox that is.
I love when they make Stephen laugh ❤️
I can't believe John tested the horse in a hospital bit on Colbert
Anyone here after the horse has been successfully removed?
Yep! He’s on the way to the knacker’s yard...
Please have John Mulaney on your show more often :-)
Pretty hilarious analogy.
Such a funny way of reminding us that this is sooo not normal.
Stephen looks like he has such a bromance crush on John. I love how he looks smitten just watching John be hilarious.
Now that is one classy Asian American woman.
