I've been here twice and had a great time. The view is awesome and even a little scarey. The best part for me is the hiking trails---alot of fun and a very family friendly destination.
One of the best views I have seen in the southeast.

He forgot to mention that the town of Lake Lure where the rock is located is where "Dirty Dancing" was filmed.

Those employees should learn to handle that flag properly.
