repair PS3 player that does not swallow CDs

Following a donation of a Playstation 3 slim with problem of the hard disk (the person did not manage to make the update following the change of the hard disk)
Once successful, I realized another problem, the player with a game stuck inside and impossible to leave without dismounting.
