Stop putting words in the servers' mouths. Gordon is the one always mouthing off for the cameras. I ate at that Ridgewood, NJ Italian restaurant before the Kitchen Nightmares publicity and that chicken parm was amazing. If I ever catch Gordon on the street, I'm really gonna confront him about this and he better not dare get dismissive and try to avoid me like he's too important to have a serious convo because I have no problem punching his 60 year old lights out. 🔥🔥🔥

I appreciate that, no matter how harsh Gordon is, he's always on the side of the servers, who arguably have it the hardest. When a server apologizes, he goes "It's okay; it's not your fault." And he fought for the servers at that one place in Arizona when he found out that their tips went straight to the owner. As a server myself, I really appreciate that shit.

What never ceases to amaze me is, the restaurant owners set this up ahead of time. They know Gordon is coming. They must know who he is. They must have done their homework and watched his show.
So, why is the first thing they do is put chef mike out front as thier best chef?

I mean, you might as well buy a stouffers microwave frozen dinner at the convenience store and serve Gordon that.
