  • Warming up with a Raynor head and face massage before a full body massage offers several unique benefits that enhance the overall effectiveness of the massage session. Here are some key benefits:
    1. Relaxation and Stress Reduction
Initial Relaxation: Starting with the head and face helps to immediately relax the client, setting a calming tone for the entire session.
Stress Relief: Tension is often held in the head, face, and neck. Releasing this tension first can significantly reduce overall stress levels.
    2. Enhanced Circulation
Improved Blood Flow: A head and face massage can increase blood circulation in these areas, promoting better oxygenation and nutrient delivery to the tissues.
Overall Circulation: Enhanced circulation in the head and face can lead to improved circulation throughout the body during the full body massage.
    3. Release of Tension and Headaches
Tension Relief: Many people hold a lot of tension in their scalp, jaw, and temples. A head and face massage can help release this tension, which may also alleviate headaches.
Migraine Relief: It can be particularly beneficial for those who suffer from migraines or chronic headaches.
    4. Enhanced Mental Clarity
Mental Relaxation: By focusing on the head and face, the massage can help clear mental fog and improve clarity and focus.
Calm Mind: A relaxed mind can enhance the overall massage experience, making it more effective.
    5. Improved Skin Health
Facial Rejuvenation: The increased blood flow can lead to healthier, more vibrant skin.
Detoxification: Massaging the face helps to stimulate lymphatic drainage, removing toxins and reducing puffiness.
    6. Preparation for Deeper Work
Soft Tissue Warm-Up: Warming up the muscles in the head and neck prepares the body for deeper work on other areas, reducing the risk of discomfort or injury.
Receptivity: A relaxed and warmed-up body is more receptive to the deeper techniques used in a full body massage.
    7. Holistic Benefits
Energy Balance: Raynor massage focuses on balancing the body's energy. Starting with the head and face helps to align and balance the energy channels, preparing the entire body for a more effective treatment.
Emotional Release: Emotions can be stored in the face and head. Releasing these emotions early in the session can lead to a more profound overall experience.
    8. Complementary Techniques
Facial Reflexology: Incorporating elements of facial reflexology can enhance the benefits by stimulating specific points that correspond to other parts of the body.
Acupressure Points: Working on acupressure points in the face can have a calming effect on the nervous system, enhancing the relaxation response.
    9. Holistic Connection
Mind-Body Connection: Starting with the head and face reinforces the connection between mind and body, promoting holistic healing.
Enhanced Sensory Experience: It creates a sensory-rich experience that prepares the client for a more immersive full body massage.
Overall, beginning a massage session with a Raynor head and face massage can significantly enhance the effectiveness and enjoyment of the entire massage, providing both immediate and long-lasting benefits.

Ahh! The sounds of traffic while getting a face and head massage. How soothing and relaxing. You have to be from New York or Chicago to appreciate it! 😆👌

When you were touching his ears you said 'theres a lot going on in here'. What did you mean by that Raynor? And do you have any techniques to crack your nose or jaw?

@@brandonraynor so if you have me come in and say my lower back hurts and the pain is chronic, do you mostly target the hands feet and face and stomch as treatment?

@@pauljosseI'm not 100% sure this would be correct, but I've also had work on pressure points like this. If you look on an acupuncture or reflexology chart of the body, it shows how different pressure points in the feet, hands and areas of the face and scalp are directly related to other areas of the body. As an example, when I would suffer from a migraine, the acupuncture needles were put into the meat of my hand in the thumb area. As well, having reflexology done (and having abdominal pain), the therapist was able to tell me it was my gall bladder. Multiple sessions of reflexology and diet alterations saved me from needing surgery. As well, energy can be "stuck" in certain areas of the body. Our insides are like an electrical circuit (literally, electrical impulses are what pumps our heart) and just like in the circuit of electricity in your home, it needs to be able to fluidly move in the whole circuit or you have a malfunction. I hope that helps make some sense of it :)

Do you find this type of treatment makes people want to fart?

    • @brandonraynor
      @brandonraynor  หลายเดือนก่อน +5

Yes very much so. One time I had 6 students work on me for 4 hours and I must have farted 40 times. My belly looked smaller afterwards . That was about 12 years ago . Since I changed my diet I don’t fart as often.
