  • After relaxing Josh in Part 1, Brandon proceeds to get deep into his abdominal tension and then starts to work on Josh’s toes. This turns into a very powerful treatment and anger release in the next part.
Raynor abdominal massage and big toe massage are techniques often used in holistic massage therapies to promote relaxation and improve overall health. Here are some of the benefits of each:
    Raynor Abdominal Massage
    1. *Improves Digestion:* This massage can help stimulate peristalsis, reduce bloating, and alleviate constipation by increasing blood flow and energy within the abdominal area.
    2. *Reduces Stress:* The abdomen is a common area where stress and tension accumulate. Massaging this area can help release this tension, promoting relaxation and reducing stress levels.
    3. *Enhances Detoxification:* By massaging the abdomen, you stimulate the internal organs, which can help with the detoxification processes of the body.
    4. *Emotional Release:* According to the principles of Raynor massage, emotional tension can be stored in the abdominal area. Massaging this area can help in releasing these trapped emotions.
    Big Toe Massage
    1. *Relief from Headaches and Migraines:* Massaging the big toe, which according to reflexology is linked to the head and brain, can help in reducing headache symptoms.
    2. *Improves Sleep:* Applying pressure to points on the big toe can influence relaxation, thus potentially aiding in better sleep.
    3. *Enhances Circulation:* Massaging the toes can improve blood flow to the feet and throughout the body, which is beneficial for overall health.
    4. *Stress Reduction:* As with many types of massage, massaging the feet, including the big toes, can help to alleviate stress and create a sense of well-being.
Both these massages share a commonality in their holistic approach to treating the body, focusing not just on physical health, but also on emotional and mental well-being.

He stays remarkably still despite the gruesome hordeal he endures. A fair specimen for our Brandon.

It activates energetically charged points and bands that are the roots of tension. This tension can be caused by repressed emotions such as anger which can then be activated and released making the person feel lighter and happier.
