  • During this demonstration I show how to relax the face, scalp and jaw and then how to diagnose the abdomen and then start a massage. this is part 1 before the later parts of the treatment where I release Chelsea's big toe and the bands associated with the big toe.
Face massage is a great way to start most massage treatments since it allows the person to relax and deep breathe.
Face massage offers a wide range of benefits for both physical and mental well-being. Here are some of the key advantages:
Improved Blood Circulation: Face massage stimulates blood flow to the skin, increasing the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to the cells. Improved circulation can result in a healthier complexion and a natural glow.
Reduced Muscle Tension: Just like other parts of the body, facial muscles can become tense due to stress, poor posture, or repetitive movements. Massage helps relax these muscles, reducing tension and promoting a more relaxed appearance.
Relief from Headaches and Sinus Pressure: Face massage can help alleviate tension headaches and sinus pressure by targeting pressure points and promoting drainage in the facial area. This can provide relief from discomfort and promote overall relaxation.
Enhanced Lymphatic Drainage: Gentle massage movements can stimulate the lymphatic system, helping to remove toxins and excess fluid from the face. This can reduce puffiness, promote a more sculpted appearance, and improve overall skin health.
Increased Collagen Production: Massage techniques can stimulate collagen production, which is essential for maintaining the skin's elasticity and firmness. Regular face massage may help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles over time.
Brighter, More Radiant Skin: By promoting circulation and lymphatic drainage, face massage can help remove dull, dead skin cells and promote cell turnover. This can result in a brighter, more radiant complexion.
Relaxation and Stress Reduction: Face massage induces a state of relaxation, reducing levels of stress hormones such as cortisol while promoting the release of feel-good neurotransmitters like serotonin and dopamine. This can help alleviate stress and promote overall well-being.
Improved Product Absorption: Massaging skincare products into the skin can help improve their absorption, allowing them to penetrate more deeply and effectively. This can enhance the benefits of serums, moisturizers, and other skincare products.
Facial Contouring and Sculpting: Certain massage techniques can help contour and sculpt the face by promoting lymphatic drainage and reducing fluid retention. This can enhance facial definition and promote a more toned appearance.
Holistic Wellness: Face massage offers a holistic approach to skincare and well-being, addressing both physical and mental aspects of health. By incorporating massage into a regular self-care routine, individuals can promote overall wellness and maintain healthy, radiant skin.
In summary, face massage offers a multitude of benefits for the skin, muscles, and overall well-being. Whether performed as part of a professional facial treatment or incorporated into a daily skincare routine at home, massage therapy can be a valuable tool for promoting relaxation, reducing tension, and enhancing the health and appearance of the skin.

one of the reasons I love Brandon's massage videos. most eyebrow videos don't go as thoroughly around the ridge like Brandon does. the band he talks about is totally real and I feel it on my face when I'm tense. wish he could do me 😩

@@billyc3237 Preach brother, god im holding back so many tensions there. Pressing all the acupressure points around there does aleviate it somewhat, though

I am someone who has suffered with panic attacks and anxiety my whole life and my jaw is incredibly tight. I hold so much tension in my jaw from clenching to try and hold down fear and anxiety. I’m sure I would have such an emotional release from this type of treatment

popping joints causes faster wear on the joints. However they are popped on the back and neck to even pressure on all sides of the joints.

@@MADJr83 the fact you think he’s “full of it” shows 1) your lack of education / understanding of anything anatomy and physiology and 2) the amazingly close mindedness of anything that you didn’t read in a text book lol.
As stated in one of the all time great movies “you paid 50 grand for an education you could have gotten for 10 cents in late charges from the library”
Do research on your own and figure things out. It’s sad to see people like you, honestly. Such a detriment to the world.
