I'm really into tech, so the Fold was a no brainer for me. Unless something completely let's me down with the build quality, which I have seen some horror stories... I can't see myself owning anything but a Fold from now on. The Fold makes me smile, every time I use it. It's kind of like having a magic trick in your pocket.
Every time I take a picture of family and friends with it, they turn into supermodels and change their poses because I let them see themselves in the outer display. The multitasking is next level compared to the note series, which I AM a fan of, but the Fold... It's just fire.
I have the ZF4 and I'll never go back to a normal slab phone anymore I just love it

I really thought about getting the Fold 4, but I got the S22 Ultra instead and am super happy with it. I figure when it’s time to upgrade my Android phone (since I own both an iPhone 14 Pro Max and my S22 Ultra) I might get the Foldable for that year. Definitely not looking to upgrade anytime soon, though. Maybe by the 7 or so.
Z Fold is on another lvl and I am coming from s22 Ultra ✌🏿
Z flip and fold may seem stupid but atleast they are trying something new and these are just new generations which will get better and better with time..
I am really excited about it and foldable phones are exciting to me.. I already ordered one..

Samsung Care is now handled by Servify in the states, previously was asurion and before that something else. I've had it for several years now and I've filed 3 different claims during their time with each company. Never let me down once, but more recently I filed a claim through Servify and they had a new phone on my doorstep the next day via overnight express. I love it.

Just got disconnected (they musta hung up) with Samsung, claims, back to Samsung, back to claims, back to Samsung,... 1.5 f*cking hours!! I need a screen replacement for Z Fold 2. Actually it's a screen protector, but they're claiming it's an accessory, but it was never advertised as an accessory. It comes with the phone! How many phones are shipped with a screen protector? I'm so pissed!!!
That's common sense. Screen protectors and cases aren't a part of the phone and hence not included in the protection plan...

There is no brand new phone, not sure why you keep saying it. Samsung care + only does refurbished models.
why not have a one year old note 20 ultra , just saying. I think samsung still sells it officially, not sure if its really worth it though
Yeah I should of upgraded last year, but I couldn't justify paying such a ridiculous high price for a mediocre update. I think my only options now are to either consider the 13 Pro - then return it in disgust - as iOS is for babies. Or hold out for the S22 and hope Samsung don't over 5G-it-up. Or just give up on phones and move more rural to learn how to live like our ancestors.

Yeah when I tried it out in store the Plus felt cooler, but was forced to order the Ultra as the camera is unnoticeably better

They should charge you for the extra damage that you've done to the phone before sending it to them, it state in the policy that they will not pay out if you have knownly damaged your phone and you're on TH-cam blatantly damaging their handset! It's very disrespectful I would never trust you if anything of mine...😢

Why buy the Z Fold? that tech still isn't durable. Samsung are stupid for scrapping the popular Note to force the Z fold sales. You could look at the iPhone 13... but it's iOS?
Every year I consider getting an iPhone, but every year I just can't seem to stand using iOS...
@@headsoftech Yeap, I've been using iOS for so long now I don't like Android. Everything is personal preference and as we get older we just stick to what we know. Life's too short lol. If you prefer Android just stick with it, but I've no idea what device to get now the Notes been scrapped. Maybe they'll make a new one next year?

Word on the street Samsung's Board of Directors are planning to soon release Samsung Care Plus Plus Turbo Edition. Where they use $6 drones to deliver your refurbished phone direct to your concrete driveway.
