Badass and admirable indeed, but I wonder for how long someone would be able to keep this up.
I'm 49 now and with 3 lumbar hernias after a life of heavy training since my fifteens doing all this and more without proper care.
I regret not being able to do not even close to it anymore, despite my age.

@@beardaxe920 thx for your kind words. I'm almost 50 now and check back often to this video to get some motivation. I ended up being able to recover greatly despite my age and restarted boxing muay thay training. Muay Bouk for life!

In the comics, Bane uses a drug called Venom that gives him superhuman strength, stamina and endurance....

I used to train similarly like this in the 90s before all of this all ranges craze nowadays with everyone now thinking they're a warrior.
I've stopped due to my back injury but this motivates me to get back to it at 44 three months shy of 45.

He’s not big enough. They’d have to use a lot of special effects to make him taller and he’d have to go from lean to huge

They really help with high intensity cardio and most compound exercises by minimizing joint wear and tear :)

Wow when he starts beating that bag is when you know he is real business.
You can tell parts of it were sped up by the camera. But I don't consider that faking or fooling, just directing style/effects because some are slowed down too.
That being said, it's obvious he is a fit, well-trained beast with excellent strength, speed, agility and stamina.

@the Dragon Knight he s doing a lot of conditioning though. The purpose is more to really develop an athletic, high performance body+mind. Simulating fight and going for incredible intensity sure has benefits to that end. Of course only fight training prepares you to fight. We are just misled by the movie training montages in film and anime where to prep for a fight you do lots pullups, pushups, situps, jogging, katas, squats, sprints etc...and very little sparring and technique, which should be your daily bread.
Batman would have his hands full trying to keep up with this guy

He doesn't control balance during striking. He is some kind of a CrossFit guy with some amateur skills in striking and grappling.
Also he's about 5'11" or like that.

Kinda cool, BBBUUUUUTTTT!!! I really hope you didn't speed this up. Your in good shape and seem to be fast. But you can't really tell with the special effects. This is my 40th year training, I can't tell how fast and strong you really are, and I want to see that!!! And I don't mean to insult you, you've obviously worked very hard to become this good!! Please put out a video with training tips, diet, etc., for younger athletes. Very cool though!!
