    Yes same with me…I am post menopausal and it’s the worst time of my life. Balancing hormones is the key and doctors in America are clueless at best!

    Any recs for night sweats. I use. Flaxseeds and don't really have hot flushes either unless I eat processed food. Also meat exacerbates my night sweats.

      Oh that’s interesting. Diet can play a huge part in your symptoms. I’m sorry but I don’t have any specific recommendations for night sweats. I had it for a little while but it wasn’t one of my main ongoing symptoms. ☺️

    Menopause is hard and because we have never been through this before we feel “this can’t be just menopause” but hormones are powerful and can cause all types of issues. Just hang in there😊

    Hi, I'm menopausal myself and I have tried all sorts of supplements in the past. What I'm loving >I take magnesium because night sweats wakes me up at night but with this I sleep through the night, potassium for electrolytes because of my day sweats/nite sweats my body needs to replace my sodium, these two supplements are a game changer for me.

    You have to be your own medical advocate. After a lot of research on my own I stumbled upon Ayurvedic herbs. It worked for me. Good luck finding what your body resonates with ladies.❤️

    I really, really am thinking it's so much with our adrenals. I have always been a TypeA personality. Began with a stressful childhood. But trying to rectify the issues is such guess work. We just don't get the support. But the videos like you're making help us all trouble shoot. Thank you.

    Fruits and vegies are NOT "how we should live anyway." This is wrong, and please, do not promulgate it for menopausal women. One of the real dangers of menopause is bone loss, which happens rapidly and drastically, and which happens even more drastically in women who are vegan or vegetarian. This has been confirmed by many studies in Japan, Europe, and the USA. So, proper proteins and their quantity are exceptionally important in menopause, not only to prevent/stop sarcopenia, osteopenia, and bone loss but also for hormonal balance.

      YES Praise Jesus! I had a heart attack at 45 years old and was going through perimenopause. At around 49-50 I started experiencing anxiety attacks/panic attacks and thought I was having another heart attack. Went to the emergency 5 times 2022 and they can't find anything wrong!!! I get blood pressure surges, chest piercing (best way to describe).

    You are quiet honest..it s not so easy😉this phase..it changed totaly mY body..more than ever expected..i took syntetic hormons..it helps of corse...reducet the hotflashes..but have had bad sideeffects...my cholesterol went extreme high.
    I have sleeping problems,hot flashes,and always feeling too warm..my adrenalis..always in stress...my work as therapist began to feel very more harder...i just found your side 👌🎉

    Ive been taking hrt and now I'm looking at my diet.Because it doesn't stop it. I'm so disappointed 8 years now. What I found out hrt doesn't boost our hormones levels at all. So that lady your seeing is right. I'm still having problems. So im gonna try red clover and Maca root also.

    My mom never stopped the menopause. In her 70s now it just never stopped. Apparently happens in rare cases to women who were very fertile

      This is so true. I started my journey age 57 and 10 years on I’m still having hot flushes, aches etc. I also had 6 babies that are now adults who are awesome and very supportive.

    Hi Natalie. I'm going through perimenopause and I find that my anxiety is worse. Can you share with me what supplements you take for anxiety? I have taken ashwaghanda and magnesium supplements. Nothing helps. I take xanax and as a last resort, remeron (mirtazapine). But I wish to depend less on such meds. Please share your experience. Thanks.

      Hi! I know how you feel. I had a really bad case of anxiety when I was perimenopausal and had no idea what was really causing it at the time. Let me quickly share my story. Twenty years ago I had a nervous breakdown and suffered with anxiety and depression. During this time the only thing that saved me was finding God. Through prayer he healed my anxiety and depression - although it wasn’t overnight. When I started getting anxiety again a couple of years ago I prayed and I’ve never had it again since. I’ve never tried any medication or supplement that has worked for me long term so honestly don’t know what to suggest. I really wish I could help you with some recommendations but please know that I’ll be praying for your healing. You will get better! 🙏🏽❤️

      I am going through peri as well. I also had a strong anxiety kicking in. Buspar helped me as a very light medication. I do a lot of gratitude work as well. Basically changed the way I think. Anxiety takes time to heal but it is still worth it to get medicines until you can do without them. Good healing my friend 🙏

    I'm 55. I am going through my 1st year of menopause but I don't have a firm diagnosis yet. I will be seeing my doctor. I am having hot flashes, low energy, weight gain (though I exercise and eat less), insomnia, fatigue and my anxiety has intensified.😪 I will try grounded flaxseeds as a short term solution to see if it works.     I think doctors should have a whole book/class on perimenopause to postmenopause that they have to pass. My doctor is trying to put me on Prozac and / or other drugs that only mask the problem. I've never had any success with anxiety meds. Help me the healthy way that will get to the root of this perimenopause hot flashes, night sweats, nausea and vomiting, exhaustion, and anxiety. Give me some idea how much longer I'll go through this. Started at 44, and I'm now 50. Started skipping cycles. What should I do to ease symptoms? What should I eat? Tried black cohosh, but it made me vomit and not feel well at all. I am taking magnesium glycinate, that's it right now

      I feel you and totally agree that doctors need to do better. I really wish I could tell you how long this all lasts but everyone is different. Hang on in there. You’ll get there. Eat as well as you can and it really is trial and error with the supplements. The ones I mentioned helped me but didn’t take it away completely so I’m still searching for the right solution. ❤️

    I was prescribed 0.5mg of estrogen. I have since halved it to 0.2 mg. Worked better and affordable. I will wean myself off completely soon. Will then take as needed

      @@dianemorrell9638 basically it’s the things we eat that is clogging up are arteries and tubes ect. Do you see some mother’s have their babies at 60+ and it’s looked at as a Miracle well it’s not that uncommon, the women that have babies at this age are super healthy and they definitely fast at least 12 days every three months and only eat alkaline foods. And no starch, dairy, sugar, animal flesh ect.
