    Thanks for your information as I have learnt nothing from my doctors about menopause and since I had started taking vitamin B12 I have improved a lot!

    I had friends who were very stressed during menopause- its very difficult time for women. Some of my friends tried exercising and found it very useful and less stressed and reduced brain fog! Sending love from Ireland 🇮🇪

      Yes, exercise can often make a big difference to symptoms so definitely worth adding into a daily routine, even if it's just a brisk 10 min walk.

    i take kelp an saffron tablets i get from chemist also premosil vit e evening primrose oil these are helping me with my menopause so hope this might help God bless us menopausal women ☺❤🙏👵💐🌹🥀🌷

    You are a GOD sent as I am in the perimenopause I find my symptoms has gotten worse so I must take my suppliments I was deliquent taking my vitamins D😏

    Thanks Eileen for this vlog, very informative.
    I take floradix iron which had the added b vitamins in it..... But should I take the b 50 Complex too???
    I do get alot of electric shock pains in chest, tingly feelings etc

      Yes, you can add in some extra Bs but you may find a B Complex 25mg enough as you are also taking the Floradix

    Brilliant. Thank you. I find that b vitamins are excellent for managing stress for energy and also for better sleep. If I am not consistent with taking them I notice the difference after just a few days.

    Hi dear,i am having premature menopause at 38,suffering from hair loss and thinning. Can you suggest anything for it

      Hi
      Hair loss can be caused by other factors such as underactive thyroid, low vitamin D or B12 or low iron so it is a good idea to ask your doctor to test for these just to rule them out. In the meantime, you should be able to get a specific hair supplement from your local heath shop and make sure that you are getting plenty of protein and fresh foods in your diet as these are vital for proper hair growth.

    After blood work my Dr gave me 50,000 vitamin D pills. Said I need it for a year because my Vitamin D is extremely low, which caused some bad depression last winter

      Good to hear that your getting this sorted as vitamin D deficiency can cause a number of symptoms that are identical to menopause ones!

    I'm low Zinc I'm sure I'm also low vitamin D hardly go out in the sun but my Dr didn't say how much to take..

      on a general daily basis we recommend 15mg zinc and 400iu of vit D

    Would you say using a SAD lamp or bulb in the winter months would be good to help also as an artificial vitamin D?

      Unfortunately, they are not going to help much with vitamin D production although they are known to be of benefit for low mood/winter depression.

      I don't think you can get magnesium on prescription here in the UK but you could ask your doctor.

      I've not heard of any issues but maybe make sure you take the supplement after food.

    I’m in Menopause and I absolutely hate it. I don’t feel beautiful anymore.😞
    What is the best to take for very dry corners of mouth and lines around lips. I’m not a smoker and never have been.
    My hair has never been the same since menopause. It was never super thick but was fine but full. What can help with this?

      Dry lips are really horrible (one of my symptoms!) but I find that a combination of Sea Buckthorn Oil capsules and some Propolis ointment can really help along with drinking plenty of plain water.
      A colloidal silica supplement can work well for hair. My hair's really fine too but the silica keeps it growing well, although it takes a couple of months to get going. You could also add in an MSM tablet as this can help with hair and nails.

    I had low vit d, so my doctor prescribed vit d, now when I got tested again its level has increased, above average. I have now stopped taking it for almost 3 weeks, how can I start taking it again as I have osteopenia

      The recommended daily dose for iron in the UK is 8.7mg daily but if you are getting heavy or prolonged periods you may need more. If you're worried about your iron levels, it is wise to get it tested by your doctor.

    Hello, Im 38 and was diagnosed with premature Iberian failure 4 years ago. Im on HRT, is it ok to take these vitamins, on top of this? I find My HRT is not working as well as it use to. I have had to change the type HRT a few times.

      It depends why you are taking your vitamin D. If it is for your bone health, then it can be very helpful to take K2 with it, as it improves the way your body handles calcium.
