Curry leaves, coriander, mustard seeds
Salt to taste

Steps:
1. Preparing Vada:

Narration: “First, let's prepare the vada. Take soaked urad dal , add coriander leaves, cumin, ginger green chilli, salt and blend it to a smooth batter with minimal water.

2. Making the Rasam:
