    For Masala:
    2tbsp - Coriander Seeds
    1tbsp - Cumin Seeds
    1tbsp - Black Peppercons
    1tbsp - Tuar Dal
    1tbsp - Chana Dal
    1/2tsp - Fenugreek Seeds
    1/2tsp - Mustard Seeds
    1/4tsp - Hing
    1/4tsp - Haldi
    12-15 - Curry Leaves
    5-6 - Dry Red Chilli
    For Rasam:
    4 chopped Ripe Tomatoes
    1 small lemon (soaked in water)
    1-2 Green Chillies
    1tsp - Turmeric Powder
    1tsp - Jaggery Powder
    2tbsp - Rasam Powder
    3 - Cups of Water
    For Tempering:
    2tsp - Ghee
    1tsp - Mustard Seeds
    1tsp - Cumin Seeds
    1/4tsp - Asafoetida (Hing)
    2-3 - Dried Red chillies
    For Vada:
    1cup - Urad Dal
    1/2tsp - Cumin Seeds
    1/2tsp - Ginger
    1tsp - Finely Chopped Green Chillies
    Few Curry Leaves
    Salt to taste
    Oil for Deep Frying
