  • Traditionally, cultural norms and beliefs throughout South Asia look up to women as the glue that holds families together. Reality, however, reveals something else entirely. Women throughout the region are almost regular victims of domestic violence, alcohol/substance abuse, discrimination, and related tragedies. Kalpana herself was trapped in a cycle of abuse and torture right from a young age… until Shanti turned it around.
By taking up a role in Shanti’s tailoring department, Kalpana taught herself valuable skills, building up an enormous amount of strength along the way to walk out of a fledgling marriage with confidence and grace, bringing up three children in the process and choosing to remarry, against prevailing societal norms in Nepal at the time.
Here is her story… unfiltered, unremorseful, unabashedly.

Pretty good stuff, I just realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's crazy! Although what he previously talked about was pretty decent, it was difficult to follow, I just go'ogled the latest by Mario Volpstein, it's so much simpler and potent now!
