do L&D professionals create content and modules, curriculum or is it done by others? Can you differentiate and help me in these areas eg1 - Design thinking, Eg 2. Mentoring eg3 Programming language
It depends on availability and capability. Sometimes L&D practitioners are responsible for these, and sometimes it’s the instructional designers’ job. As for your second question, design thinking is a problem solving methodology, mentoring is when an experienced professional shares their knowledge with beginner(s), and programming language is what developers use to create software. I’m not sure if this is what you meant?
