This series of videos was so well made that I can't even tell that they were made nearly 8 years ago. Even though Modern Warfare 2 is basically a dead game as of now, these videos will always be fun to watch.
Tip for using a base ACR: When you aim down the sights, the rear is a big open circle, and the front is a " + " shape. From testing, I've found that the bullets do not hit the center of that plus, rather the very top of it. Of course, you can just use a red dot, but if you plan on using the iron sights, either because you like them or want to use another attachment, it helps basic marksmanship knowing where exactly the bullets are hitting in relation to the sights.
MW2 was the game that I played the most online. Never before did a game captivate me and made me want to play all day long. Everything about that game multiplayer was perfect. The graphics, weapons, customization, maps, audio, maps etc. I even bought it from the Steam store while it was on sale and played online all night long. But it's been a couple of years since I've played, work and life have gotten it's grasp and now I barely have time to play games. I wish I could go back to those awesome moments of my life.

if you're on ps3, i've noticed the hacker/modder player count has been significantly lower recently than it was 3-4 years ago. you can get on mw2 and play in a handful of matches with good lobbies uninterrupted by autistic cheaters these days

I dropped somewhere around 37 nukes total in MW2. About 7-9 of them were with the ACR but generally it was with the Famas, M4, Tar, and ACR. Though I did run that set up quite a bit.

Back when I played mw2, after I unlocked this I went on a total rampage on it, got almost very single kill streak again and again. It was lovely. And even now in bf3 I'm still using this gun and doing very well with it :) could say its one of my favorite weapons in real life :)
So ACR is an automatic semi sniper. Y'know at long range you can miss a shot so with this weapon you have the second shot if you miss quick after, that makes it good for begginers. The recoil is insignificant and this makes the ACR best for spraying at long range groups of 2 or 3 enemies. At mid-long range with acog sight can allow you to do headshots easy. Man this weapon is too cool! I didn't exactly know all those things but now I understand why I liked it so much from the beggining!

I happen to know that the Bushmaster ACR was intended for civilian use, and the Remington model was specifically tailored to compete in the Army's Individual Carbine competition, which was the competition to replace the AR-15 platform as the US Army's standard issue assault rifle.
I used to play lots of ground war, but always used Ninja thanks to Ahoy's guides and my malleable, young mind. Looking back at it, I think I was wasting a perk 3 slot.... :p

It's funny because the ACR was a complete flop that was left to die by the developers of the rifle. Once it didnt get the contract they just said fuck it and left it to rot. Not that it is worth much anyways. Haven't held one in real life, it's not light weight and does not do anything that the AR-15 didn't already do and was nearly completely outclassed in what it did do by the SCAR-L, which also was rejected because the AR-15 is an already near perfect system. The only reason to switch out the AR-15 is for a different caliber, which is what the SCAR-H did for the SOCOM community. Realistically, the SCAR-L was the best choice if you wanted a very reliable weapon system with minimal recoil but beyond that the SCAR-H is the only option that made sense at the time. The ACR was a pipe dream of a rifle irl and flopped accordingly.

Their has been a lot of people that use it that say the light weight makes it kick somewhat heavily, especially the heavy version. Even in semi auto it can be jarring to some shooters. Take it with a grain of salt, but that is what I've heard.
This gun right here is an absolute BEAST. No recoil, a bit weak even with stopping power but man it's accurate asf! I still play MW2 and trust me when i say it's more fun than all the other COD's combined. COD4 is the only other one worth mentioning, the rest suck major ass.
LNB KS yeah, MW2 is really unbalanced, but there are a lot of great weapons to play with in my opinion. But Bo1 was great, too, i liked the system of the Cod Points. Better than the Supply drops every new Cod has today
Its crazy to see how much the game has changed over the year. They've slowly made the game more based around running in circles and super fast gameplay, reloads, aiming, etc. That explains why the tactical gameplay has been degraded so much as to be irrelevant over the years, and the reason I at least now avoid the series. Its sad and theres definitely a market gap after EA chased away every fan of Battlefield, but I'm hoping they go back to the slower more careful gameplay. I'd hope very few of us have enough ADHD for recent renditions.

Its more to do with the levels than the speeds frankly, if theres nowhere safe then you have to stay running, if theres lots of safe camping spots people will camp and so on. The tactical play is different, thats about the speed as if its too fast you don't have time to think. Having everything is part of what makes the earlier games so good.

This was in my recommended. Fuck, the nostalgia hit me harder than a train.... I used to play this game so much when it came out (I already was a fan of COD4) and I have almost never been so excited about a game release like MW2. I played this game on my own for like 5 - 6 months then I drugged all my friends with it and they started liking it so much. We used to go 5 - 7 guys in and this game was soooooo much fun. It also makes me sad today that i'll never live the same moments and vibe again and also that was the period around my 8th grade, so back when life was so simple and I had no responsabilities - just go back from school, spend a little time with my family and jump straight to the PC and wait for everyone to fix their fucking Skype microphones and start MW2. Damn, even my dad finished the campaign. Feels...

ACR with red dot sight and stinger for air support as I rarely find I have to fall back on a pistol. slight of hand pro , stopping power pro to counteract the low damage, and scrambler pro helps up close. god of a loadout
