Seems Horizon are recycling an old concept and updating it with modern electronics. This version of an RC dirt back was brought by Trevor back in 2002. Looking forward to getting our hands on the new version for comparison...

I have the SkyRC SR5 and it's excellent on 3S lipo. The Losi looks amazing too.

I have a SkyRC SR4 RC Motorbike. They have a newer one out now (SR5). You should check them out. They are very fast and have an adjustable electronic powered flywheel that keeps the bike stable even when going slower than walking pace.

I bought my son a db from target for $100 a few years ago maybe 10 and it worked really well for a long time it came with ramps to do flips and stuff

Nice bike. I have two of the X-rider/ARX-540 bikes. One, is a street version, the other an off-road version. They have an electronic gyro in the rear wheel. That sounds like a jet engine when at full power. I am looking forward to the new Losi bike. I have it on pre-order. I'll see how that one compares to my two bikes.
