And for a little while i was mega scared if the hacker was going to remove videos or somehow delete the channel. but WE GOT IT BACK!!! after the 30 day bucket list series, i needed a new challenge and honestly during those 30 days although i was active and running around filming everyday, i didn't take care of my body as much as i wanted to. so thus created this idea!!! here's 90 days of hard work! but honestly i'm tryna get stronger and i'm excited to see my progress in the next years to come! DO WHAT EXCITES!!!
I’m a kinesiology undergrad student and I wanna say that BMI isn’t accurate which is why it says you’re overweight. It doesn’t take muscle mass or bone density into account especially because muscle weights more than fat. If you want accurate numbers about body fat, muscle mass and bone density, I’d recommend doing a DEXA scan. I’m not sure how much it costs but it is the golden standard for those measurements :)

whenever i feel down in life i watch videos like these, to reassure my self that i'll be doing all this stuff one day and living my life to the fullest...... currently i'm facing a hell lot of financial problems since the past 3-4 years, from bearing my family's living expenses to bearing my education fees to repaying my dad's old loans and stuff.. once all this shit gets over i'll step in the gym one day and start my progress towards what i've been wanting to do from all this time i just hope the motivation in me doesn't fade away during these times

As a reality check for some viewers, a transformation like this is possible at any age, but it will be a LOT slower depending on your age, starting point, and the stress/demands of your daily life (job, family, etc). Measure your progress! The true test will be mental!
