Just from observation, the friendliness and hospitality of everyone associated with Tailwind from the concierge, pilots, dinghy, etc were what stood out to me more than anything. They didnt treat you like a caged animal and seemed genuine about their enthusiasm for their service as well as importance placed on you receiving a satisfactory experience. You tend to get this from smaller mom/pop type businesses that cannot compete on price and instead focus on service and efficiency.
You can tell how much Noel loved this one -- he didn't stop smiling at all the whole vid! This was one of my favorite Noel vids .. and he flew right over me in New Haven !
For business men who work in downtown NYC - this has to be a great way to fly up to boston, for day meetigs - you save a few hours of travel time to/from La Guardia/JFK to Logan and back, not to mention the hassle factor. They can charge big bucks because the big companies and the one percenter who live the cape, can afford it.
They seem a great little airline. What i noticed was that the service was very friendly and genuine. Rear in big cities. I love your videos when you show, not just the airline but the people you react with. When possible, would be great to see more of this. I especially loved your flights on REX airlines in Australia. I know your a travel vlogger (which is great) but i love seeing you chat with staff and ground crew. They are the backbone of any airline. Would love to see more of their personalities and stories. Keep up the great work!!!!
Seeing Noel with a smile from ear-to-ear after the takeoff from New York was funny. He's like a giddy kid who just got his favourite toy for his birthday!
Tailwind also saves a significant amount of time for those going to Provincetown. From NYC to Provincetown is a five hour drive off-peak checking Google Maps (and probably between six and eight hours on peak weekends)

That was SO COOL! Beginning to end, that was AMAZING! And the views out the windows. Everything about that trip was worth every dime and the major added bonus was how friendly and personal the staff were. I am soon to be wheelchair bound so unable to fly on such a plane but just being able to watch on your video was incredible.
Noel there is no doubt that you absolutely enjoyed that plane ride! Your face said it all! I would pay extra for this flight for sure! Thank you for all the extra videos this week and look forward to your next one!

What an awesome trip! It looked a little bumpy during the flight, but what an adventure. When I lived in The Woodlands, my late husband was able to fly in the company jet to many places & he always told me how awesome it was to sit up front & watch the landing & take-off! I wish Tailwind much success as it would be great to fly out of downtown NY city & in a seaplane!!!
Awesome video! I live about 30 minutes outside of Logan and right on a departure path to the south west, so I get to see these little guys almost daily when the weather is nice, it always makes my day and I can usually hear them coming from pretty far away. I just wish the tickets weren't so insanely expensive, even though I know they are catering to a niche market.

For crying out loud Noel, this is amazing :D Provincetown, MA. is amazing, loads to do in the summer and very crowded, but out of season, it's a great place to unwind and relax for a couple nights stay. Highly recommend.

Noel what a flight definitely the way to go ! I flew from BOS to LGA on a USair B727 many years ago . How times have changed. The Tailwind C208 certainly look’s like fun too . 😀
That had to be the coolest flight. Land in a sea plane and make your way to shore via boat. You were grinning ear to ear the entire flight. You are the perfect advertisement for this airline. It was clean and safe. Crew for the aircraft and boat were super. The flight in terms of money was well worth it. No traffic and more time to spend at your destination. I would pay for the fantastic flight.
That was so much fun watching you get so joyfully animated on the seaplane flight! 😁 I geek out like that too, but for trains. You can feel the absolute joy down to your bones. Lol

Brilliant video, I’d definitely take Tailwind, not only do you get to fly in a cool seaplane but you get the boat ride to the harbour too, a definite double winner for me! Beats sitting in traffic and airport hassle any day. Are there any more like this in other cities?

The price is not affordable to most people is why. Round trip is about $1000-$1200.

Super awesome! Once upon a time Pan Am had a commuter helicopter service from their HQ in Manhattan out to JFK.
Nice adventure and coverage. For me personally, City-center to city-center travel is best by train.
