Two years ago God told me to stop listening to circular music and I am so glad I did. I am a youth leader and I’m always telling my group to be careful who and what you listen to. You have to be careful about what you let in, as a teenager I found out the hard way by playing around with things I had no business playing with. I had a spirit of fear attach itself to me for years. Praise God I was delivered last year from its oppression! Satan is going after our kids through movies and music and I thank you for putting these out there. After all these years, they are still helping people. God bless.
Selling your soul is a complicated bathing to do. You gain riches, freedom, and power. You lose the feeling of spiritual stability. When these rockstars, politicians, actors, actresses, financial players, get together with each other all they have in common is partying, they cannot engage in anything that will better the world, as they get older this feeling becomes overwhelming and they start to realize the level in which they became comprised and it makes them extremely bitter against the people that have not sold their souls. They realize that they have lived an empty life and nobody truly loves them even God. But when they were young they had everything their way and wouldn’t give it up for anything. It’s a huge trade off. Live a life of being a worker where you are replaceable and have no power or status or sell your soul and gain earthly respect and power. The people who sell their souls are selfish and live it up for a season ignoring the pain and suffering in the world while they party and enjoy life. A good man can not consciously celebrate in life while others are suffering.
Some will look at this as just some Christian freak criticizing rock music, but these are Santana's own words. That spirit brought him out of over a decade in obscurity to the top of the charts. But at some point that spirit is going to collect the payment. Nothing's free.

damn is this the only way to make it in the music world? I've been playing for years and I'm pretty good however . not that good, I'll keep my soul though seems important.

That's why I never made it in the music industry. I busted my hump for 15 years. I even tried to audition for acting roles and started out in stand up comedy before all that.
I wrote 250 songs, produced and put together 3 albums. First one I sank $10,000 into. I did the later two on a shoe string Budget.
I had airplay on major stations in a larger Midwest city and the quality of shows were picking up right before things fell apart for the bass player. In despair and frustration I moved out west. I stayed in LA for 2 weeks and just didn't feel comfortable with the vibe of the city. So I moved to Seattle thinking there was a good original music scene, but the hey days of grunge had already dissipated by the time I landed there in 2000.
I tried for 6 years after landing in Seattle finding the right chemistry with a bass player and drummer and for one reason or another it was short lived. I cycled through probably a dozen (each of bass players and drummers). Late 2006 early 2007 a talented Asian female drummer who had been playing with my band didn't want to tour and had her own music she was working on which started taking president. I didn't have it in me at the age e of 36 to audition another drummer and with a son on the way with my now ex fiancé, I hung it up. I bought my son a drum kit a few years ago and get on that when I feel like beating the crop out of something.
I consider myself fairly talented in song writing and guitar playing and singing. I met some pretty famous people in those years but just not the ones to help me get the hook up. And I've often wondered if that's what it would have taken to get my break or make it big. I know my songs were catchy enough.

No, it's not the only way to make it. Aretha Franklin grew up in the church, she started out as a Gospel artist. Even as a mainstream artist, she remained loyal to God and stayed true to her faith until the very end. Everyone knew she was a Christian.

I choose to worship and serve JESUS CHRIST alone! If I ever break into the music industry, I want to be a Gospel singer to lead millions of lost souls to Christ.
The enemy wants you to think that selling your soul is irreversible, it's not. But the only thing that can reverse it is by being saved by grace trough faith in the perfect sacrifice of the Lord Jesus Christ.

I would be onstage rapping (only local shows, never even got into the industry) & see a spiritual power come over the crowd- people went from chilling to wanting to rage out, scream, fornicate etc. Started studying the occult/new age type mess that is so popular online & would feel "entities" (actually demons of course) come into my body while doing drugs and meditating along with listening to psychedelic music. At first it felt great but after a few years I hated life & felt so afraid...thankfully JESUS CHRIST set me free from demons, starting on the first night I called out to Him. I pray you be blessed with power in the Holy Spirit to share CHRIST's love with many people in your life! GOD bless
I saw Santana on a Special on him years ago. At least 30. He was showing his Love for Angels. Alot on his guitars. On here he says Horns & Angels are the same. So upsetting to see he sold out his Soul for Eternal 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Santana inspired me to go ahead and buy my first guitar. Now I can play circles around him but he laughs his way to the Bank. I have 5 cds 2 we’re released . When I was siting down to think of what I’d write bout. Then I heard GOD YESHUA ( JESUS ) and the Holy Spirit dwells inside me gave me all the words and melodies I’d think of a subject I felt was important, the Holy Spirit gave me the scriptures that deals with the subject. I don’t allow any angel to posses me Not enough money fame drugs women material things don’t got that swing on me and my Lord

I’m sure that’s why Leon Patillo quit the band really early on. He was the lead singer and quit to sing Christian music. I kinda figured that the reason he quit was because Carlos was into the spirit stuff and Leon didn’t want any part of it. I always wonder about stuff like that whenever you see a talented musician quit the band just before they make it big. Gotta sell your soul.
I've seen more musicians than I can count say that in interviews and the fact that people as a whole still don't get that the devil is working around them just shows how blind people really are
Lucifer was the angel of music in Heaven. Not gonna lie, no wonder music sounds so amazing and magical. And very important in most people's lives. Do I think Lucifer still is the Angel of music? Yes. His spirit may not be in Heaven or what not, but yes.
