One thing I did notice by default the mic gain is set low, I bumped mine up to about 50% and then tested into the NJ-TRBO Tri-state 31360 using my scanner app. Sounded fine for a digital mode

I have this working perfectly on all my devices. Trying to help a friend in another State. He has all his personal data entered. He selected DMR, TGIF_Network, his DRM id and callsign is entered . He hits the connect tab but as soon as he hits the TX button it disconnects him. I tried his call and DMR id on my android cell phone for a test and it works. But it won't work on his android cell phone. I put him in airplane mode then turn on his WiFi and connect to his home modem/router. He can surf proving his cell is on the internet. He can't connect to TGIF yet I can using his DMR id and call sign without a problem. Any ideas?
There must have been a new update go back and check your settings tab. I noticed I could not connect and found it was empty. I had to re-enter my dmr id, and callsign. Also you should select a number from the essid drop down. Its best to select one that another device is not using. Then try connecting. If you are using brandmeister you will need to put your password in the password box. I have heard it can cause issues if there is a password there and you try to connect to another network which doesn't use the password. So its not needed currently if you are using the TGIF.

I went and checked and the prime server does show available, so someone who is updating things must be keeping updated of the migration.

This video was made a year ago utilizing the Android version. There have been changes and updates since then.
can you do this again from the beginning you didn't mention how to down load vocoder or host links
I have not kept up with the program development. I only demo'ed for the video and tried its features.
I love this app... It fills the gap until I get a DMR radio/hotspot... Works great on DMR... I've made many contacts with it so far... 73 VA3RIW

You might have him contact the developer maybe they can locate something simple or are aware of a known issue with a certain device or network.
I was able to fix it. It's called delete and install new. I have no idea why it worked after deleting and then re-install. All is good.

I followed your instructions and on DMR I used the BM 3103 and I get an error about valid call sign, DMRID and needing a unique ESSID? Got any ideas?

I can work D-STAR with no problem, but it
won't work on DMR, stating that the server

If you are connecting to a BM server, you need to register your password on the BM dashboard / selfcare tab.
