I also love hugo story. He is like the underdog no one really believed in. About 1-2 years ago his coaches didn't believe he could be a top level pro so he was released and signed in a lower league (pro B). He never had the chance to play for France national team youth system neither. Even doctors believed he wouldnt be taller than 1m82 (5'11"). Today he is 1m95 (almost 6'5"). NBA was just a dream for him. Now, He dominated in Pro B, got signed in the NBL and is hooping so well he has real NBA chance. Love it.
It's only The 2nd tier of French BB sonthere are question marks. But there are good reasons to believe he can do it at a higher level. His season in NZ is going to be interesting.
Hey man, may I request for an analysis on the up and coming prospect from ADL 36ers, Kai Sotto. He’s been playing good from the past week. Maybe you can take a look…
Very few of these type international players make it in the NBA. Too skinny, not athletic enough, can't stay in front of American players while defending. It's nice to see them hitting outside shots but let's face it, most of them BUST. They just don't like to get physical. The NBA is different especially during playoff time. These skinny wimpy foreign players, can't handle it and drop in rotation, then run back to Europe. I think he is not going to make it in the NBA. But, he's a late 2nd round pick for some team. Unless their name is Doncic or Ginobili. Forget it. Notice those 2 were tough. Besson, not so much.
Giannis, Dirk, Sabonis, Jokic, Gallinari, Gobert, just to start the list of international busts. You might want to pay a little closer attention to the NBA
Victor Wembanyama, mathew strazel, ousmane dieng, Hugo besson with current NBA rookies begarin, hayes, france are have golden generation in the future🔥

True underdog and late bloomer story. I never heard of him until this summer. Once I saw his film I instantly became a fan
Love it, can't wait to watch him in my local league (NBL). His shot-creation reminds me of Lillard
He’s definitely a bucket
Welcome to the Milwaukee Bucks!

Do you think University of Michigan Freshman Isaiah Barnes should jump to the Pros after this season or does he still have things to work on?
Wow, somebody I've never heard of.
As a Grizzlies fan, I’d like to take him with one of the Grizzlies 3 picks. Preferably the Jazz or our pick. The Lakers pick will probably be too high
How much more firepower do they need? Lol but I’d like to see him there also..
You should watch his NBL preseason game...last night he was awesome
Going to check it out
Will be a solid first round pick
If he goes to the right nba he will be a star his shooting form is crazy
Looks like a steal for the bucks and a nwora replacement. (Since he refuses to try on defense) Not bad for last pick in the draft
Is he joining the draft next year 2022?
Yes, he will. He'll be 21 by the next draft so it's now or never.
he said he will during this year
I like him 💯
Is he the next Evan Fournier 🤔
Don’t forget his name is pronounced “Beh-sawn”.
better than Hayes
Easily
6"3 =191
I watched a French interview of Hugo that was released this month. He said he was 1m95 now (6'4,72").
