- In my humble opinion, George Mason junior Josh Oduro is the best low post scorer in all of college basketball.
I totally understand post play is somewhat obsolete in today’s NBA with very few centers getting paint touches on the block. But I’m holding out hope and praying back to the basket low post scoring makes a return in the very near future.
Unfortunately Oduro was born in the wrong era, because he has the goods when it comes to getting buckets on the block.
He’s currently averaging 17 points per game and doing most of his damage in the paint where he’s got moves on top of moves along with great touch around the rim. Through 12 games he’s shooting 70.9% from the on post ups and scoring a ridiculous 1.3 ppp! - กีฬา

I loved that last clip when he broke through those 2 defenders they were frustrated

I actually recognize him from the statistical leaderboards. I haven't had a chance to watch him yet but he's on the shortlist of guys I wanted to get to.

low post scoring can be great for bench bigs. his scoring looks impressive here but he'll probably have to add some post passing or a 3pt shot to be better than a bench scoring option in the nba. that's how i see it.
I agree 100%. The way the NBA is going with all these players in protocols teams are going to have to really do some deep scouting
