But also have to hear my wife complain about getting it fixed. I am not a guy who works on cars, but I like helping people. You helped me, so I commented and liked you video. Thanks so much!

All it takes is to search the issue on TH-cam to fix this issue. Thanks TH-cam tech
Yup best place to educate ur self. Other than trade school
Looked my car keys in the boot - used tools to get to the handle, tore the seal in places… guess I’ll be doing this in the near future!
Yeah at lease u got the car unlocked !!
@@RBTheMechanic - worst part was it was at a works picnic and I work with engineers! :-(
I'm in the exact same boat as you did the same thing and tore up my passenger side weather strip, and now it's gonna be snowing here soon so I really want to get it taken care of before then haha
@@fungifactory8925 - I’m in Southern California, so I don’t have that problem! Lol - I’ve been here a year and can count on one hand the times it’s rained here!
where did y’all find the pice?
Do you have a video of how to replace the weather stripping from the bottom of the car door. I have a 2013 Honda CRV
No I don’t it should be similar
@@RBTheMechanic I don't think it is. There is the outside bottom molding and I'm no sure if it has to come off or not. I am not mechanically inclined, and there are no videos on how to take it off if it needs it
@@neiss616 I’ll check tomorrow
On my Honda I had my weather strip come off all the to the corner of the door , do I need to get it replaced or just pop it back in?
Pop it in if it keeps coming off after popping it in over and over it could be weak and need of replacement
Will it stop the noise from coming in?
Dose help
Where can I buy, I have a 2002 honda accord caupe, and it is already worn out and I don't know where I can get it here in Kansas City KS United
Dealer item
That's a 9th gen (2014) Honda -- What about 8th gen (2010 Accord LX-P 4-door)? I need to replace the drivers door (not body) weatherstrip. I have the part, I got it before COVID along with a few clips I thought I needed (never did change it LOL). But I'm not sure exactly what needs to come loose on the door to completely pull and replace the weatherstrip. Thanks.
Should be similar to change the weather strip
@@RBTheMechanic yeah, except as I recall there's no lip. I think it uses little clips built into the strip. Hopefully I won't have to remove too much of the inside door panels in the process.
My back door bottom seal came off from one side do i need to buy new one or i can get screw for that
If ur talking about weather strip u don’t need screws u can out back on also they sell silicon alike past that holds this in place if necessary
@@RBTheMechanic it is around 10 inches on the bottom of door
where can I buy one of these for my 2013 accord sport? can’t seem to find any
This is dealer item
Yo RB I have a 2014 Honda accord lx 2.4l my engine stalls during cold starts it has 125k miles if you can do a video about that. I already clean the throttle body n air filters and change 02 sensor ! Is it a clogged fuel filter ? Do my valve needs to b adjusted? Do have to clean the EGR valve or clean the MAF ? Please help n 🙏
Hi Patrick. I hope you figured this out. And good job checking all of those things.
I'm hesitant to say this since your car is not that old but the most common reason a car would stall is a lack of fuel.
Either your fuel injectors are clogged, more than likely your fuel pump is clogged, but also possibly both.
I doubt spark plugs or air filter since temperature wouldn't affect those things
Thanks I figured it out I took it to Honda Dealer it need a valve adjustment. That what caused my car to stalled. Honda said they recommended a valve adjustment every 100k on those engines. So next time when my car reaches 100k again do another valve adjustment. If u can do a video on doing a valve adjustment for the 2014 honda 2.4l 4 cylinder engine that be great thanks for your video. Your video are really good and educational.
@@Pat06 I'm not the original poster I just stumbled upon your comment. Either way after further research I'm honestly SHOCKED that you had to have a valve adjustment.
I'm almost 200k in on my accord and I've never had to do that.
But clearly it worked or you wouldn't have brought it up.
BTW- there are a couple of other TH-cam videos on valve adjustments if you need it again
It sucks that its made so cheaply
Yup
Brother Mahalo nui loa big big Help
What’s the name of the part that’s inside the door?
Weather strip? Is that what ur asking about
