I have a Lorex LNK7108A NVR system. I have four PoE cameras installed to the NVR. On October 1, 2020, a power outage occurred in my area. Within an hour the power was restored. Three cameras automatically restored but camera four failed to restored. I have rebooted my NVR, I have disconnected the power source, I have covered the infrared and the infrared light turned on to red. I have researched all the troubleshoot documents to find a solution. What can I do to fix the problem or is this fix a repair performed from Lorex location?
Ping the ip of that camera from nvr or pc laptop and see in poe switch that camera lan point light is glowing or not

Trying to bind IMOU wifi cameras to the Dahua NVR. Getting this issue all the time. Note, that Wifi cameras are connected to the router via wifi. Your solution with moving cameras to another IP range is strange. I thought the cameras, NVR and the router should be in the same subnet? If the NVR and the router are in the 192.168.1.xxx subnet, and the wifi cameras are in the 192.168.2.xxx, I will not be able to connect the cameras to the router. Sorry but this doesn't make any sense and Dahua must solve this annoying problem.
This is for who have wired camera and if they connect wifi then ip camera wired Stop working so make sure both network ip range are not same so they can communicate properly in this situation wifi router is our internet source and in lan there is no internet in ur case there u need to find where is the problem
