  • Anpviz Uprime Series POE Cameras connected to hikvision NVR New software (Build 2207XX or above) cannot display image solution
    1、Modify the camera's corresponding POE channel connection mode to manual, the protocol to onvif, and then click OK to connect normally, as shown in the figure.
    2、Upgrade the camera software version, please provide the current camera version information and send an email to the support@anpvizsecurity.com, it will be solved in time.

    Is there any way to plug and play like before with hikvision new firmware? I want to use motion detection like before but not with onvif

      Using the onvif method to connect can also use the motion detection function.
      Update the firmware version of the Uprime camera can plug and play, and this problem has been solved long ago. Please send your camera version to support@anpvizsecurity.com to get the latest firmware.
