I Love the Studio. I wish PRS would offer a real HSS version with the 58/15LT in the bridge and the 635JM pickups in the neck and middle. If there was a frame that would fit a regular single to retrofit it into this guitar, I’d go that route. The Narrowfields don’t quite get close enough to a real Strat neck for me. But I love PRS and I love this guitar. Maybe I could put a 58/15LT in my US Silver Sky . . .
The PRS Special Semi hollow. I just got one and man, the humbuckers are fantastic and the coil tap is very Tele like and the 2 and 4 positions of the pickups gets you into the strat territory with a hint of tele depending where you pick.
but also look into the S2 series as they are very underrated and more affordable. Those picks are closer to the old school Les Paul tones and the coil tap is more tele like.
@@prstito very kind of you to reply. I’m in a covers band and taking guitars is a bore but if I could take just one, would it be a PRS? They always seem too precious to me. I’ll check out your suggestions. I hope Peach still post to France, as I haven’t yet found anywhere here.
Lovely guitar and playing as well!
Fantastic playing and fantastic demo! I think the Studio may be my favorite PRS guitar.

I think I “need” one
More affordable P90 guitar at PRS please ....🙏
Is there a versatile PRS that can cover Strat/Tele, LP and maybe more modern H sounds? I find PRS hard to relate to.
