I went to see Final Fantasy music performed live at AnimeNYC this year. Room was packed. 1000 people at least. Brought a tear to my eye. Last song was Zanarkard my favorite ❤️🥹
Just got home from watching a new world intimate concert. When this song was playing it was so beautiful in person. Brought my two nephews with me and they appreciated this whole experience with their uncle. Vincent, Avalu if you two catch reading this comment years down the road. I hope you take your family to a concert just like this and pass this on down to your kids and to theirs. Thank you for memories boys! 👍
I honestly feel sorry for people who didn't connect with this masterpiece. Its such a beautiful and emotional game that resonates deep in my soul (especially the trilogy ending)
Amen I sure did, I mean dude I never felt so sad after I finished a game...when I beat it for the first time I was sad it was over. I mean I played it again but it was so emotional and I connected with d characters so much. Plus this is one of my top favorite videogames most ever. And this game inspired me so much in my work. But how wrong you are.. The Story is never ending. One life leads to another, both in the physical and spiritual. Matter cannot end. It cannot die. Energy ever lives and springs forth - Life. We have been here before.. We have felt this sadness. And yet, friend. Hope yet resides with and within us. Have Hope. For a brighter day shall come.. If not in this lifetime then the next. Hold fast and stand true to the Good that is in this world.. Heroes yet live. The beauty you see and hear are reminders of this. Have Hope.

@joeill620 I even got emotional in 13 when he gives up there, too. The part where he shields hope and carries him too, but hope forgives him. That whole arc from the beginning of the game was brilliant in its suspense. Hope at the end of the game is nothing like himself at the beginning of the game, and this character progression extends even further across the trilogy 13 had lots of great character arcs and progression. Sazh and Vanille which culminates at Nautilus. He gives up there too and Vanille feels hopeless as she can't fix dajh. Hope and lightnings relationship throughout the game is beautiful too. At the end everyone gets a reunion except hope who looks so dejected, and then lightning consoles him like a mother. At the end when bartandelus is torturing Fang she's given up too. The strong theme in 13 is characters were running away from something and then finally came to terms with it. Even here in this game lightning was running from herself (lumina). I find it incredible that people are not able to connect with this series. It's deeply emotional to me on multiple levels and the music / visuals are also extremely beautiful

I really loved the interaction between sazh and vanille on the airship when they escape together it was really heartwarming after sazh and vanille have that battle against sazhes eidolon. Final fantasy 13 is extremely underrated. People like to say it’s linear but then turn around and say they love ff10 which is basically a straight line. Played the whole trilogy recently and was blown away by the music. You can really hear the game’s budget when you listen to the soundtrack. Literally the best soundtrack out of the entire series.
Personal preference i enjoyed 10th story a bit more. The reason i like 13, is mostly because of the characters and the music. The system was okay, both 10-2 and 13-2/-3 didnt really cut it for me.

Just saw the concert this last Saturday in KC. It almost brought a tear to my eye during it.
I'm going to see this in Seattle in a few months! I'm so excited to see which music is performed. So glad this will be included!
Damn! There was one in LA recently but I had to work!! Hopefully they come back around sometime in the future

@joeill620 FF10 is probably my joint fave game with this. At this point, I prefer linear games to open world ones, but I still like both
