I am a 24 year old young man, and I can honestly say that generally people my age are not racist. I am not saying that there are none. But I don't know of anyone my age that hates people from other races because of their ethnicity or skin color. We as believers, that this world can be rasism free, must stand together and fight for a rasism free future.

@@pylchott9864 Speak the truth! They must not have seen all of the stories about white college students dressing in blackface and derogatory costumes. What about the young, white racist mass shooters in the U.S.? The white boys marching with torches in North Carolina were
      mostly in their 20s/30s.
Just because they smile in your face and sleep with you doesn't mean they aren't racist. Everyone wants some chocolate. Y'all better wake up. They will play with you now, but when college is over, they put on their suits and join the other white oppressors.
If this white family doesn't give her a raise and move her to a better home they are full of sh _t. This smells like a white guilt dog and pony show to me. I'm with you Eck. No white validation needed.

This is what I have always said about South Africa, the problem is, we do not understand each other’s struggles and this is why to point fingers at each other when we don’t understand why we tend to fight for the things we fight for in each and every race. I commend this family for trying to understand the other side!!!!
We need to learn about each person’s struggles and understand where we are all coming from and maybe people can band together to fight against the injustice we face as South Africans at the hands of our government, instead of pointing fingers at one another!!!
    Lovely!!!

@mbigboyny you where obviously taught/conditioned to hate people judging by the outward appearance of skin color!
Don't you know we are all uniquely loved and created for a special reason beyond this physical world/ appearance?
Do you not realise that this life here on earth is temporary?
We all have blood flowing through our veins, which makes us the same color: red. Judging someone just because of the skin tone they where born into is so shallow and misleading, what a waste of time!
Nothing is hidden from God's sight and every person will have to give God an answer when their time is up.
What will you say to OUR CREATOR when your cord is cut my friend?

The sad part is of course that a domestic worker earns so little money that they can not improve their standard of living beyond this. But because of very high unemployment rate in South Africa the salaries are kept very low... But this particular family is not to blame for that of course.. :)

The sad reality is that you couldn't reverse the roles. Nobody bothered this family. A wealthy black man better stay as far away as possible from poor white if he values his life.

RDP houses for everyone would be the non racist solution, since there is severe discrimination in the workplace against white South Africans.

When will those that suffer under the previous government and those that are suffering under the current government start to understand what the real problem is and start doing something about it instead of trying to understand how others live, what their culture is, etc.
Why do most South Africans black and white know what the problem is while some still trying to find the problem like this family?

They are trying harder to understand poverty than we are sitting here typing TH-cam comments.
I grew up VERY poor. I'd be impressed with rich folks moving into our neighborhood to simply understand what life can be like. I think our neighborhood would have been nice to them for trying just like their maid.
(my grandmother and mother were both maids for rich folks)

Our African leaders can not even stay a month in a shack BUT really wish them a happy , life , neighbor should and WILL be better than anyone around . I AM PROUD AND FEEL IN CONNECTION WITH REALITY. Where are the politician ? You don't have to ask for permission to come stay and work everyday from such condition , and now we are at peace with one another....I hope the rest will follow and that will show the GOVERMENT that people need not be divided by colour or wealth ( as corruption is RIPE is GOVERMENT )
This is a GOOD example and I do recommend our WHITE folks should learn us , from that.
