Anyone whom eats their own feces the person is not competent to do anything let alone confess something believable. He also stated words like “I think I did it” “I might have lost my mind and done it”. We know other inmates said and were willing to testify how badly he was being treated including starving him.

Yep, cold blooded killers lost their minds.
      It's called demon possession.
Thankfully, even while in prison he can repent, turn from sin, obey the Lord Jesus and receive promise of eternal life.

Why on earth would the state bring these charges and try this case so prematurely? This guy was working at CVS and living his normal life. He wasn’t going anywhere. They had time to fill the gaps And build a strong case. At the end of their case in chief, I truly feel like there remains reasonable doubt; and this is even before the defense has put on its case in chief. I think this guy did it. But without question, I don’t think the state has met its burden. If he had been facing the death penalty, And I was a juror in this case, no way I could convict. There’s just not enough evidence.
And even if he does get convicted, there’s A good chance it’ll be overturned on appeal because the defense is going to make a due process argument about the judges decision to keep out their Odinism argument

    • @Haven_OG

They had no proof of the Odin theory tho, that was such a joke and everyone in the trial has said they don’t see it, they can’t see how the defense could say Odin, they are trying to find anything that would stick to the wall. In Indiana we typically keep trials closed from public when minors are involved, especially since they were nude and it’s considered S.A of a minor.

Won’t work on appeal as there has to be solid proof of a 3rd party culprit and there is none specifically! You can’t just make some fake defense up like that in a court of law! Law being the key word! Laws govern 3rd party culprits!

I was shocked the "confessions" ended up just being statements of confusion. And now the prosecution's case is done!! This guy really is innocent.
People need to ask themselves why did the prosecution fight to have the sketches removed from the trial? Why did the the prosecution fight so hard to have cell phone geofence data removed from the area that would have revealed ALL cell phones in the area? Why did the prosecution fight so hard to not allow evidence of different suspect to be presented(evidence that the FBI had put together) ?
    This is a frame job.

@@vickieparry3168 look, I normally completely support prosecutors against who they say did it. WHY do I have so much doubt in this? No DNA, no history of any kind that would attach him to something like this, even the bullet evidence is sketchy. We have a nutty man saying he did it, but he was nutty, by their own admission. It’s not that I don’t support Abby and Libby, but I want to be absolutely certain that they have the right guy…. And, I’m just not. I want to be, but I’m not.

So far none of the evidence is based on actual fact. He does not have DNA on anything or the crime scene. He has been brainwashed into thinking that he did the crimes. The first 20 times he said he didn't do it until he became suicidal.

I can’t help but wonder why he would just snap out and go after these girls. I have always wondered if they roasted him or something, like girls do, and he was maybe triggered somehow by it. Saying he was going to sexually assault them, that is just a strange thing to just decide to do on a whim. I hope someone credible can perhaps write a book about the courtroom happenings once the smoke clears.
