    I prefer a supercharged EP3 to a Turbo’d one, you don’t lose that classic Honda sound

    So much more usable power over a turbo. Plus a supercharger must keep the linear characteristics of the k20. 👌👌

      I know you can get much more power with a turbo, but I did prefer the power delivery (and sound!) of the supercharger

      That’s cos a turbo would cause it to torque steer like a clown car because the car is a crap piece of engineering lol

      @@Bajrangiprasadkumar nahhh:) future classic man.My MK2 GTi got reversed into by a dingle so i got the type r cheap as couldn't afford another GTi,the honda are pretty ugly but also pretty ace if ya get me haha 🤣.

      @@Bajrangiprasadkumar what's your opinion on the 1994 concerto.They look super old school and sweet to me..But I'm no car expect or mechanic so I'm interested in the engine.Are they chain driven or belt?I'm also not all about power I just love old school car's,even the rubbish one's like Nissan Micra:)

      It’s a bit of a pain as the Jackson racing charger bolts straight to the manifold, so there isn’t room for an intercooler, I found that inlet temps didn’t get too high as long as you were moving, when you were sat in traffic it did get high and the loss of power was noticeable, but 5 mins or so of steady driving at 30+mph brought the inlet temp down to normal again

      It's a roots type supercharger - I think it was an eaton m62.

      Junior Raymond Actually is it’s the 04-05 ep3 the ECU is already programmed with a 4000rpm rev limiter while clutched or in neutral, Can be used for launching.

      The one in my pic did. K pro is awesome. I set my rev ceiling to 8k. Because i was always touching 7 and hiting the limiter. I just got a euro yellow pearl..for what i payed..the partd je had just put into it totaled more than i payed..im already scheming on a kpro. Coilovers. And a 5 lug and brembo swap..gotta play it cool for a year while we build my wifes hhr...for 1500$ she can have a 315hp turbo 2.0..crazy. I never thought a chevy would be cheaper to build than a honda...im gonna creep into it this time. Look at every parts 20 times and read read read..no more mistakes..im on my 3rd civic. Both my last ones literally needed nothing but a s.c. or turbo kit.. And someone offered me a great deal..so i sold them. This time ep3s arnt worth selling and all the parts cost 1/4 what they did before...good day fellas. Noice pulls.
